OH MY LORD IN HEAVEN,
Thank you for this Pizza Hut.
I can’t remember the last time I had pizza from the Hut – but just like in that movie about the rat-chef, when I took my first bite of this large 2 topping pan-crust pizza, I experienced a moment when I was transported from my busy adult life back to a remarkable memory from my childhood. There was even a book-it poster on the wall.
I’m from ATL visiting a friend in the country. The inside was clean (I got take-out), the staff were friendly, and again – the pizza, the pizza tases just like a Pizza Hut pizza should taste.
Great job Blakely Pizza Hut Team; tell the owner/manager they owe you more than a pat on the back.

Is it some kind of joke, when you order a supreme, for more than half of the toppings to be black olives, with no meat present whatsoever? Highly disappointed in the lackluster service at this location. Food was still edible, but nowhere close to what was actually ordered. Store was only moderately busy, with only three other customers inside at the time of order. No excuse for giving a lopsided veggie lovers when the customer orders a supreme.

Lately I have been ordering online and picking up after work on the way home. My order is always ready, even on busy nights like the weekend, or holidays like Halloween when no one is cooking at home. The staff is friendly and they are always appreciative of you coming in.

Never even got served. Waitress waited on carryout customers and when we thought she might be coming to ask what we wanted to drink she went to some people that were in there the whole time eating and brought them something and a few minutes later did it again. No one ever asked us what we wanted to drink or came and took an order. Had to clean crumbs off the table and there was a table that still had dirty plates with food on them and napkins strewn all over it. Somebody had turned one of the booths into a work station and had pizza boxes stacked on it. Service was pathetic. I know some people have busy days but this wasn’t one for them. There were about 4 people waiting at the cash register and one booth of people. I’d hate to see this crew with a full house. Staff needs some serious retraining.

Salad bar has improved some but when you show up at 11:15 for a buffet and there is no pizza on the buffet because it was all already eaten?? Waited 30 min they we’re putting out more pizza as I was leaving. Wish I didn’t have to be at a meeting. Paid 1/2 price for just a salad. Pizza being put out looked good. Quick not always.

Disappointment is an understatement. This is the second time in the last week that we’ve gotten pizza and it has been less than satisfying. Over the weekend, we ordered pizza to pick up. It was a crowded cluster situation right when I tried to walk in the door. There were so many people standing waiting to get their orders but there was no room to stand. Not only was it a claustrophobic, hectic mess, when I finally saw my pizza the green peppers were burnt but there was no way I was going back in there to try to get a replacement. Tonight, we tried again but apparently shouldn’t have. Our pizza had crust that was weird and doughy like it wasn’t even done. Not sure what has happened to pizza hut, but some changes need to be made. Not sure we will go back.

The pizza dough was soggy and 3 orders of fries were burnt, greasy, and could NOT be eaten (HORRIBLE). I spent $77.90 I live 20 minutes from this Pizza Hut and the when I spoke with the manager she suggested that I drive back to Blakely for a refund or replacement. I am disappointed and I do want my money. She seemed to listen but with tension and the excuse of not working on my order or seeing it before I picked it up. I know what a manager does because I am one myself and there is no way this unpleasant, inconsumable product would have went out.
