I worked with the GM Andrew to cater for a weekend event for over 100 people. He was accommodating from the start! He went above and beyond, however, close to the event by reaching out to the other Caribous and connected with the GM of the Rochester Subway caribou, Tamara. Not only was Tamara willing to open her store for an hour (it was closer to our event) but she had insulated containers that would keep the coffee warmer for hours. Both Andrew and Tamara worked on their day off to make 12 1/2 gallons of coffee and 2 1/3 gallons of hot water, all before 7:15 AM! I am grateful to both of them. Amazing customer service!

Popped in after a walk around the block this frigid morning while my friend is in surgery. The hot turtle mocha coffee warmed me right up, & the Spinach, Artichoke, Egg & Provolone breakfast was quite tasty. Brought back a few pastries to share once my friend can eat. I’ve already eaten my half of everything! I felt like the chocolate croissant was okay, but the cinnamon coffee cake & sweet lemon loaf were very moist, tender, & flavorful. I’d totally get those again.

Quaint find next to Kahler Inn and suites. The establishment is quite small with only one table for seating but opens into the hotel foyer. Drinks are reasonably priced and taste very good. Staff was efficient courteous and helpful. I will frequent them again.

We ordered coffee and sandwiches from this Caribou Coffee on July 10, 2025 at 9:00am. Coffees and sandwiches were below average in taste and warmth. But what struck a cord was when a homeless person came in with no shoes and we could tell he was genuine. I approached three different Caribou Coffee associates and handed them a twenty dollar bill and asked them to give him $20 worth of food to take with him. They all ignored me and when I said multiple times to take the money and feed him, they all looked at me and turned around and walked away. I’m a retired firefighter and know when someone is down on their luck. But these employees took the cake by ignoring my Good Samaritan aid. Shame on them. Corporate should have a special team meeting to rehabilitate the employees to higher moral standards.

The coffee is decent. Often busy since right across the street from a Mayo building, but the lines are short and you can get a table in the afternoon. There are couches and armchairs in the lobby of the hotel that shares the space. A bit noisy.
