My first order I said honey mustard….not regular mustard. I can forgive that. It’s an honest mistake. For my second sandwich I ordered a meatball marinara and red onions…I can tell where the honey mustard went. It was in my meatball marinara along with lettuce and cucumbers…but no onions. I tried calling the building…no answer…several times…I reached out to the main office…no reply…DON’T ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY…so sad because I ordered here before several times..:this is how they treat “loyal”customers. Guess they got my drink orders right so they deserve one star for that.

Would’ve been a higher rating, but it took them literally 15 minutes to make my sandwich. Ironically, the slowest person working there was the manager. Personal note to the manager – Spend less time twiddling your thumbs, and socializing with customers and just make the order

Franchise owner needs to pay more attention to product quality. Requested zero lettuce on all 3 sandwiches. Brown, wilted, not suitable at all. Shiny old tomatoes, looked like from day before. How do I know this? Used to be a sandwich shop owner, another brand. Produce, most of it, must be cut fresh same day. Disappointing, when most of the sandwich is produce, cheese and condiments. Anyhow, what I ended up with was edible. Needs some attention.

They completely prioritize online orders over real people standing right in front of them. I’m stuck there 10 minutes while my order is just sitting there done as they work on other online orders.

Tried to order online for lunch. It kept refreshing so I didn’t know if I ordered multiple sandwiches or not. I went in to ask, but they couldn’t find my order. I placed the same order to go. They informed me that I want allowed to use a coupon since I want ordering online. They already knew I attempted to but could not die to the site. I was informed they would not discount the lunch dinner it wasn’t online.
Subways business model, provide discounts online but not in person. Them make everyone go in person to avoid giving discounts.

When you order the B.L.T and it shows up with out the B…. I mean last time I check the B in B.L.T stood for BACON… come on subway…. That’s a easy one… oh then tired to call the store twice which unfortunately went unanswered…

When my card declined here due to a bank issue the employee said “oh no you’re broke” loudly and mockingly. After I paid and sat down to eat I heard him mocking a black customer he had seen earlier, he mocked her accent and complained about her not liking her sandwich. The workers were swearing and on phones.

Is anyone else having trouble with Subway’s app? Ever since I had to update it on my Motorola Moto G Pure, I can’t sign in.
All I get is this. I use the curbside service due to a disability, and I tip well for the trouble. But I can’t even tap ‘I’m Here!’.
(I can get every other restaurant’s apps, no problem, so it’s not my smartphone)
