Really bad experience at this Chipotle. They were moving incredibly slow and the portions were strange — barely any chicken, way too much pico, and a massive scoop of rice.
What bothered me most was seeing an employee go to the back to blow her nose and come back looking clearly sick. Not long after eating, I ended up with food poisoning.

Tried to contact their support and it’s giving e an error. Complete rubbish

i work in the mall and this chipotle is very inconsistent. i usually mobile order and although it takes them a very long time to get your order to you once you arrive, the food is inconsistent. sometimes it’s really good and other times it’s very bad, no inbetween. today this was the burrito i received, mostly chewing on tortilla and it was poorly wrapped it feel apart. if i wanted a bowl, i would have ordered one!

If your significant other is a terrible cook, extremely rude to you and happens to be out of town, go here, this location will make you feel right at home. The rice was about halfway cooked. The chicken could have been pulled off of the grill yesterday and it would have been overcooked at that point. The place was a mess. After the ordering experience, the woman at the cash register really put her best foot forward to make sure I wouldn’t come back. She ranks as one of the more rude people I have ever met. She finished off the experience by refusing to give me a receipt so I “couldn’t call corporate”! Her exact words! Hope this helps someone

Today, 1/31/26, at 2:10pm, I watched in horror as an older female employee came up behind then totally humiliated and bawled out a young teen employee who was ringing up my order. The woman’s body language, her tone of voice, and most importantly, her degrading, hateful words were intended to do NOTHING but humiliate the young lady at the register. I left a large tip and walked away – but was so upset that I couldn’t even eat the food. I pitched it. I wanted to return and confront the lady, but honestly, I didn’t know what would happen after I turned away. I didn’t want the young employee to be harassed even worse after I left. Please contact me. This woman should not be left in charge of either training or supervising young people. She needs a lot of training herself.

This might be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Always understaffed. The employees to do not talk at all. The staff moves slower than sloths covered in honey. Never have all of their products to choose from. There is no care from employees, or management. I will not go back to this establishment at all. All around this place is absolutely terrible.

Ordered kids quesadilla, and a small drink with kids chips and queso. Paid over $13.00, waited over 30 minutes in line, for the meat to be over-seasoned and so spicy that I couldn’t eat more than 1 bite of the quesadilla, the queso had chunks of raw veggies from people dropping items in it, the small coke had so much ice in it I got about 10 sips of liquid but it was the shining star of my meal! Overall staff was uninterested in greeting or even looking up, I got a whaddya want, and a what else set of responses. The nicest person was the one who could barely speak I actually asked him to raise his voice a decibel or two so I could hear him, because he was so soft-spoken. So food, awful, service, awful, experience over all just disappointing. Do better!

This chipotle gets my order wrong every single time I do delivery. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to read the ingredients people want and completely get it wrong. I do not recommend going to this location at all. This will be the last time I order delivery from there. Look at what I ordered compared to what I got. I just don’t get it.
