I was in last weekend to pick up a pizza, and it seemed extremely chaotic. I overheard someone that I believe was a manager instructing employees that carry out orders can wait and to focus on deliveries instead. The tracker also seems to be incorrect because even though it stated that my pizza was ready, I still had to wait an additional 5 minutes. Overall, very disappointing.
