Wasn’t given but 1 cheese burger instead of 2 complete meals for $29 door dash took 1hr+ showing a bike showed up in a car….not the same person. Called store 3 times they hung up on me each time to avoid talking 30minutes before closing….I’m super pissed and I will let it go easy….

I could’ve ordered from Burger King but I wanted a real burger. All I asked was that it be well done, no pink, still juicy. As you can see from the pictures, my burger was raw inside. There’s no way they thought this was well done. French fries were soggy and didn’t taste good either. I paid almost $30 for this food and it was awful. Never again. I do not recommend.

If I could give this place negative starts, I absolutely would. This was a complete waste of money! How is it even possible to burn cheese on a sandwich? Not only that, the bun was burnt so bad it was hard on the inside. Didn’t even give me everything I ordered, nor the sandwich how I ordered it. Y’all should really be ashamed of yourselves.

Store is consistently out of food. And the store doesn’t can el the order, making multiple drivers keep showing up to pickup an order they can’t fulfill. Avoid this place like the plague.

The 1.3 star rating says it. That many people made sure this place got a 1 star and a detailed review. Half the toppings I ordered were missing, tasted fine but the reviews have me feeling like I might regret this later. I wish I wasn’t pressed for time ordering on DoorDash deciding on this before reading the reviews. Hate to be a Karen but damn this was a flop. If I got the bacon I paid for and the commonly used condiments I selected, I’d probably rate it 4stars.

If there was no stars that’s what I would rate it the food was disgusting I ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and everything was cold the burger was overcooked I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered the food I also ordered fries and some of that extra special sauce whatever I paid for it extra and I did not get it now I’m trying to call them back and they won’t answer the phone I don’t care if it was just three or four bucks the food sucked. Cold nasty no flavor patties hard as rocks. Never again

The Burger Experience was definitely an experience I would like not like to go through again.
Food was extremely cold. They weren’t able to deliver. No one called when the food was ready. Orders were wrong and some people’s beef patties was overcooked. The veggie sandwich was not anything I ever had and wanted.

After driving all day, my family stopped at a local hotel. We ordered 3 burgers and fries with drinks, paid $60 and got it delivered. The drinks were not delivered, so we called to see if they could bring them. After 30 minutes of not being able to reach anyone, we finally dug into the worst meal I’ve ever paid $60 for. Overcooked, underseasoned, and dry. Will not be ordering from them again.
