We went to the Station Yards , Ronkonkoma location . The restaurant is super clean and the staff is so friendly. Allie was our server and she was so helpful in helping us figure out what to choose from the menu. There are so many great options we can not wait to come back and try more. My coffee was sooooo good. The food came and there was nothing we didn’t love. We shared the Churro Nutella Bites and I hope this stays on the menu. They were perfection. Highly recommend. I want to add that I brought my two year old and needed a high chair. This was the first time in a long time I have gone out to eat and the high chair was actually clean and not sticky. This location is doing everything right.

My mom, my cousin, and I stopped in for a little girls’ day, and we ended up having one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Our waitress, Tracy, was absolutely amazing, the perfect mix of friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She recommended the Tres Leches French Toast, and wow… she wasn’t lying. Five-star food, no question.

The drinks were just as good. I had the eggnog martini and it was chef’s kiss. Everything came out quickly, everything tasted incredible, and Tracy really made the whole experience feel special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A Breakfast Favorite in Suffolk County

If breakfast is your love language, this place belongs at the top of your list.
I visit a restaurant three times before writing a review, and this spot has earned every word. Consistently delicious food, genuinely warm service, and a vibe that makes you want to linger over one more cup of coffee.
The service is a standout. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly authentic. Servers actually care, ask questions when needed, and follow through. The general manager makes the rounds, checking in at tables and making sure every guest feels seen. That kind of consistency is rare and it shows. I experienced the same level of service at both the Port Jefferson and Patchogue locations, especially when it is not packed.
And then there are the little things. Heinz Simply ketchup with no artificial sweeteners. Details matter.
Now let’s talk food, because breakfast is my comfort zone and I am extremely picky. I usually make it at home because dining out often disappoints. This place is the exception.
The home fries alone deserve their own fan club. Perfectly cooked, with a brilliant mix of regular potatoes and sweet potatoes. The onions and green peppers are sautéed just right, and the seasoning is balanced and thoughtful. Not too salty, not too sweet, not too spicy. Just right.
The sausages are unreal. The kind you keep thinking about long after you leave and start wondering where they get them.
The cheesy grits were excellent. Creamy, flavorful, made with cheddar and scallions, and they held their consistency from the first bite to the last. Anyone who loves grits knows how impressive that is.
The entire experience felt intentional, comforting, and satisfying. Our total was under $50, and that was only because my husband ordered the Cuban Reuben, which he could not stop talking about.
This is the kind of breakfast spot you recommend without hesitation. Go hungry. You will leave happy and already planning your next visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brunch Done Right — Toast Ronkonkoma!

This spot is an absolute must-visit in Ronkonkoma. From the second you walk in, the hostess greets you with a smile and gives you an honest wait time — super friendly and organized. If you’re like me and don’t feel like waiting, the bar is the move! My significant other and I grabbed seats there right away — fast, easy, and comfortable.

The bartender was awesome, quick with service, and made us feel right at home. We ordered the banana chocolate chip pancakes, Benedict omelette with hash potatoes, and the Voodoo quesadillas — all incredible. The pancakes were fluffy and rich, the omelette was packed with flavor (though the potatoes could’ve been cut a little smaller), and the quesadillas… wow. The shrimp, chorizo, and cheese combo was next-level.

Everything was cooked perfectly, coffee was on point, and the whole experience felt laid-back but top quality.

Must-try: Voodoo Quesadillas
☕ Coffee that hits right
Great service, great food, great vibe

Highly recommend Toast in Ronkonkoma — a brunch spot that actually lives up to the hype.

My first thought as I stepped into Toast was how big it was inside. The decorations made it feel homie. We were greeted and seated at our table within 2 minutes. Our server was friendly and began taking our order starting with drinks. There were so many choices on the menu to decide from, that we needed a little more time. I ended up choosing the Traditional Avocado Toast, my daughter got the Sweet Potato Pancakes, and my hubby the Ranchero Quesadilla. When our food arrived, we all took our first bites and agreed our food choices were all delicious An enjoyable experience all around!!
This was our first time going to Toast and this was on Veteran’s Day. Thank you to all the brave veterans that served our country and gave us our freedoms ❤️

We had an amazing breakfast at Toast Station Yard, and it was the perfect way to kick off the Labor Day weekend. Parking was easy with plenty of free spots available right in the lot, which made getting in stress-free. The food was excellent—the corned beef hash and eggs were the best I’ve had in a long time, and the Three Ring Circus platter was a fun choice that gave me a little bit of everything. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the service stood out as exceptional. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and the General Manager, Sonia, went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. She was friendly and genuinely a pleasure. Overall, Toast Station Yard delivers on great food, great service, and convenience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends.

Waited a long time for this location to open and for us to actually get there. Well it was worth the wait! Walking inside is like walking into a Old Timey Train Station. You can smell the eggs & waffles cooking, the coffee brewing. We landed between Breakfast & Lunch so we had Brunch. Breakfast for me & Lunch for her. The food was great. The coffee was excellent. I bought a bag of the Magic Coffee Beans to brew later. All of the staff were outgoing and pleasant. Our waitress was AmAzInG!! Her name began with an E, but I’ve forgotten it and can’t find the receipt. She was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to her tables (it was BUSY). We will definitely be back soon!

1st time actually sitting in Toast Coffeehouse, (usually order as take out) in their newest location here in Station Yards. Fantastic! Food was excellent, servers & staff very polite & friendly, atmosphere was very nice. I had their Pumpkin Trio French Toast and a café late w/hazelnut added. Terrific! My server was Ryan, very nice and cordial. Will definitely be back!
Updated (11/16/25) – Visited once again today and was pleasantly greeted by staff. The entire group here are wonderful, from Sonia (manager) to wait staff (Braedan, Ryan, Major, Kristy) they each make you feel like family. I enjoy the esthetics, the environment and the interesting design elements to this location. This is my favorite go to place!

EDIT: downgrading it to one star because whatever the response from toast was, it’s not true. I don’t know what hospital they’re referring to, but they must have confused me with another customer. I will reiterate that I waited for my food from 12:10 pm till 1:10 pm.

Food was decent. Came during Friday noon and it wasn’t too crowded, but I can’t believe my table waited for an hour for our food without explanation. All the tables that sat after us had their food served before us. Every time we requested something, it took a while to come, especially the check. In the end, another server had to give us our check and process our payment. Really had high expectations of this place but I don’t really know if I want to come back with this service anymore.
