When we first walked in we were welcomed with a smile & seated quickly. The restaurant was clean, they had nice music playing, & sports on for entertainment. Mercedes was our server & she had great customer service, very attentive, our order was exactly how we wanted it & delicious. I will definitely come back.

This was our first time here, very much love the ambience, and it smelled amazing. The menu had a great selection and offered a variety of things which was awesome because we were a large party. Everything was so amazingly, clean and orderly. Rosemary was our server and she was amazing, she made great recommendations and took care of her section with a great professionalism. The food was great. We will definitely be coming back again.

However, when we asked for a second crab cracker, they said it was only one per table. It’s fine, wasn’t a big deal.
Then I asked for hot sauce on the side, and the waiter said the cook was going to charge $10 for just some side hot sauce. The reason I didn’t ask for hot sauce in our boil was because my four year old was eating with us and she clearly wouldn’t eat if the food had hot sauce. So we thought that was very ridiculous to charge $10 for side hot sauce.
The AI music on repeat with the same Christmas song was annoying too.
Other than that though, the food was very good. We got shrimp and snow crabs in garlic sauce and Cajun fries.

Appalling Experience at Pacific Crab House
I’m still fuming after the atrocious service I received at Pacific Crab House in Hesperia, CA. The staff’s utter disregard for customers was staggering. We were seated quickly, but that’s where the decency ended.
Our order was taken, and then we were ignored. Newer diners were served promptly, while we waited over 45 minutes to an hour for our food. And when it arrived, it was ice cold.
When I politely expressed my disappointment, I was met with extreme rudeness. I asked to speak with management, but apparently, no one of that caliber exists at this establishment.
It’s disheartening to spend hard-earned money at a “restaurant” that clearly doesn’t value its customers. Pacific Crab House is a slop house, and I won’t be returning.

Nice place, I didn’t care for the smell ( light urine smell probably from the crayfish) the women were very nice. All the customers seemed to be happy, I liked the ambiance.
I ordered the shrimp po boy. The meal comes with fries. The portion is nice, the way the food was packaged was very considerate. The amount of shrimp in the sandwich could have been better. The amount of sauce on the sandwich could have been more generous. There were a good amount of fries served with hidden valley ranch. Housemade ranch would make this a hit.
There was also some coleslaw but who likes coleslaw?? It just tasted like coleslaw, sweet, wet, cabbage . I would go back and try the catfish but no to the shrimp po boy.
Also, add some desserts for the sugar heads

walked in got seated, waitress said “ drinks guys?” instead of properly introducing herself and asking what we wanted. we all got water,water didnt come out for a good 15-20 while some people who got there after us got theirs immediately. we ordered and they messed up our sauces and shrimp for our order so we asked for it to get sent back for her to tell us “ the cook is going to be pissed”, we still tried to make do and compromise and ask for the sauces that we wanted and we were told no.She comes back from the back and says the cook can switch our food but we were uncomfortable to get it remade because of the “ hes gonna be pissed” comment .the server was also talking about how the prices were not worth it. the customer service was all around 0/10.

Overall, the atmosphere is pretty good but poor food quality. Ordering the snow crabs or any of the crab legs have hardly meat in them clams or the mussels hardly had any meat on them as well no point of getting them, their shrimp is overcooked kind of hard and rubbery. Their servers don’t follow directions and when they’re in the wrong, they’ll rather argue with you than take care of the customer. to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I’m not going back there ever again.
