I went to this Dominos on 12/15 to place a carry out order. During my transaction there was a glitch in their system that charged my card, but didn’t register my order in the system. They tried to find it and told me they would make the pizza anyway. At that time my bank account showed that the $28 transaction was pending. So I leave to and return to find they’ve not made my pizza. So I ask for a refund. The General Manager Charlie Wilson says the order isn’t in the system and the pending transaction should fall off of my account within two hours. I ask for a receipt and he says he can’t give me one due to the order not being in the system. I ask for his card and he gives me a posted with his name on it and the store number.
This was on a Saturday so it took until Monday to show that it had posted and $28 was paid to Domino’s Pizza on 12/15. I immediately called Mr Wilson and of course he wasn’t there. I left a detailed message and asked for a returned phone call. To this day 12/19 no one has contacted me. I stopped by today and was told he would be in after 12 noon. I just called back at 3:20 pm and he is still not in. I explained why I was calling and asked for the manager. The manager Montana was making an order and said she couldn’t come to the phone. So I ask the gentlemen that answered the phone for a Corporate number. The manager Montana says they are franchise owned. I asked for the franchise owner number. She says they don’t have that. I asked for the GM personal number, wasn’t given that. She passes the message through the gentleman that they can give me a store credit! My order wasn’t in the system so I can’t get a refund. That makes no sense! I told her to please come to the phone and she refused and continued to pass information across the store to the gentleman that was on the phone with me.
So, I plan to look up the franchise owner’s name and number and report this incident and the unprofessionalism that his GM Mr. Charlie Wilson and store manager Montana Frayeder displayed. To charge a customer bank account and never give a product is wrong.
Please be careful when dealing with the Manning Dominos!!

My husband and I are frequent customers of Domino’s, and we recently had an issue with our order. We ordered three New York-style pizzas, but when we arrived home, we discovered that only one of the pizzas was the correct style. I contacted the store to inform them of the error, but the employee who answered the phone insisted that all three pizzas were New York-style. I explained that we have extensive experience with pizza and could easily identify the incorrect crust. The employee mumbled something unintelligible, and there was a period of silence. At this point, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager came on the line and reiterated that he had made the pizzas himself and that they were all New York-style. “He then stated I don’t know what to tell you!” Not the customer service I expected

I truly do not know what to say…this particular location has went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! My husband is a trucker and we aren’t around family like we want to be. We wanted to send a pizza and dessert to his family and asked they leave a note stating it was from us; I even said they’re gonna say you’re at the wrong house we didn’t order anything lol. The staff there printed out a note on red paper!!! It was PERFECT!!! Thank yall for this so much and hearing the happiness in his mom’s voice was possible thanks to yall!!!

Got to Dominos when my order (large beef pizza) said it was ready on the app. Showed up and the guy said my order was still in the oven. Got the pizza about 2 mins later. It had undercooked pork bits just laying on the top.. clearly they made the order wrong and decided to just put pork, instead of beef, on top and run it through the oven one time.

This place can not get orders delivered. My food has been ready for a hour and still hasn’t been delivered. When I called they said not to follow the tracker because it isn’t right. What in the world!? Get rid of the tracker because it is useless lol. Bad service. Tracker or no tracker my order was placed almost two hours ago. Update 2025: Gave them another chance. Still terrible. This time an hour passed and they still had not even started my order. Went to the store and cancelled the order/ delivery. Shameful. Save yourself some time and frustration and just order Pizza Hut. ♀️
