We ordered delivery… 3 drivers declined to bring it. Over an hr passed then doordash finally got the order but then declined and then another doordasher picked it up… almost 2 hrs later we finally get our food and we didn’t even get the sauces we paid for. My food was to be delivered between 9:31 and 9:41pm. I called several times to find out about my order. I didn’t receive my food until around 11:00pm. The second time that I called I was able to talk to the manager. The manager stated that the driver had an accident. That’s understandable why my food was late if this really happen. To the manager you should have made sure that the other driver bought me hot food. Everything was cold and undesirable. This was my first and last experience with ordering from Papa Johns. The manager could have even suggested to give me a refund or have the new driver bring hot food. The spicy Italian sausage tasted like it was regular sausage. I was very disappointed with my meal. I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I should have ordered from pizza hut.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for a couple years now and the food has always been great. The last two times I had an issue with online ordering deleting my papa dough from being used. Didn’t know about it till I went to pick up the pizza. The general manager took care of the issue really quick and way better than expected. I didn’t even have time to ask for a resolution to the problem. He had a solution for the problem immediately. It’s nice to see a place still provide great customer service and stand behind their product and service.

I have been a loyal Papa John’s fan, but my experiences with this particular location have truly been disappointing. I live just 13 minutes away, making delivery ideal, yet my last four orders have consistently taken over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Despite my attempts to plan ahead for the last two orders, it’s frustrating that the app’s estimated wait times are rarely accurate. I’ve often found myself receiving calls from the driver an hour after the order was placed, asking for directions to my building. This ongoing inconvenience has made the experience less enjoyable, and I regret to say that I will no longer be ordering from this location.
