Went through the drive through they got order wrong 3 times, kept giving the wrong drink, rang up the wrong food. The manger told my 64 year old mother to “Chill out.” when she was just trying to ask for someone to fix the order the woman at the window was ignoring to the point we waited for 20+ mins on our food. Then still gave the wrong drink at the end will not go back ever. Bad staff training, Bad Manger and horrible wait times.

So, this what the loaded tacos come in now and this how they look? Don’t appreciate it at all especially after my husband sat in line for the ish. Not even mentioning someone forgot the burger. This jack in the box legit sucks at night time and it’s ridiculous.

I set my order on doordash to be ready for pickup at 12:50-1 p.m. I had orders 2 LARGE combos and one with curly fries. The order wasn’t ready till over 20 minutes past 1 and I didn’t get the curly fries and instead got a SMALL regular fries. I got to get a refund through doordash but when I tried calling the store it just ringed once and then they hung up. Im absolutely livid. They seem to have been clearly understaffed for a Saturday but if you’re going to make my order late might as well take longer and make it right.

This place is HORRIBLE. Doesn’t matter what time you go you will be there for at LEAST 15 minutes waiting for someone to even answer. Then another 20 to 30 to get your food. Then the taco won’t even HAVE meat in it……..

First time I ordered here, I showed up after the app took my order and nobody was in the store at all. Took forever and still didn’t get my money back…got an app credit. Tonight I was charged almost $30 for a dollar burger and some tacos…. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I won’t waste time with customer service but I definitely will not go back to that place! Customer service is an absolute JOKE, you cannot call the store… HORRIBLE

The cook in beaumont tx at the hwy 105 location right now is a terrible person. She has a poor attitude and was clearly agitated with my order at the register. Then goes around back to cook the food and says very clearly and loud ” man im so ready to leave”. Clearly! I didn’t come here for the attitude. Nobody is making her work here.

I just didn’t have a great experience here. The food was cold and the tacos were not quality meat. Curly fries were small pieces. I don’t think this restaurant is super concerned with quality and customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming here again.

Sat at speaker waiting to place my order no one answered.Saw employees outside this was around 11:15pm. Asked one employee that was in the parking lot were they still open he said :Can you wait a minute. I drove off.

You can sit at intercom a half hour and they still want take your order. Drove off lots of times. Inside dirty and employees fight. You can be the only customer and your food will come out burnt.
