The wings were burnt, the pizza had bubble spots and no cheese and dough chewy. Called to advise and was left on hold hearing the people in the back. The new staff running this place are disgusting and lack customer service. Same gloves making the pizza cashing out the customers. Get out of Kennesaw with this garbage. Will be contacting corporate and advising. Restaurant looks horrible. Will be contacting Cobb County Food Inspection as well so many violations. Wish I could post the wings and pizza they had the audacity to serve. Appalled and disgusted

i placed an order by phone on friday dec 12th to pick up sat dec13th. first of all, no one introduces themselves when they answer the phone. the young man who took my order was nice, but rushed. i was a little on the fence about what i wanted to order because i was having a party the next day and i wanted everything right. i guess i was taking too long because he said call back because we are working. i did place an order, but i called back later to change it. this young man did not introduce himself. i told him what i needed and ask how much was delivery. he said he did not know. i asked could he find out. after waiting on hold for it seem like 5 mins, another young man came on the line, and guess what, he didn’t introduce himself either. i asked what his name was, and he hesitated and said jalen. he seemed frustrated because i was making sure the other guy placed my order right. fast forward to the next day, i went to pick up my order, because they all seem so confused that i didn’t trust them to get it to my house on time. when i walked in, the placed was messy. boxes were on the floor in front of the counter; it just looked like it needed a good cleaning. so i get the 3 pizzas home and low and behold 2 was wrong. i ordered 3 thin crust and 2 of them was regular crust. i probably won’t order from here again. i am big on customer service and they have none; and it’s ashamed because the pizza is very good, and i hear this parlor is black owned and like to support black business, but i do not support any business that do not have good customer service, black or white.

We order from here pretty regularly, and I asked for extra garlic sauce. Delivery driver said it was in the box, but it wasn’t when I opened the pizza. Called to see if I could refund, and the guy on the phone said the manager would have to “deal with me in the morning”. I wasn’t being rude, and seriously dude, if you’re so understaffed you can’t be polite when you screw up maybe you just don’t need any more business.
Update: I filled out the contact form a few days ago and haven’t had any communication, so I wouldn’t take the fact that they respond to all the reviews as evidence that they’re going to change anything.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. After placing and paying for an order online—which I verified with both my receipt and bank statement—the staff demanded additional payment. They were incredibly dismissive and rude. Thankfully, American Express stepped in and resolved the dispute once I provided the original receipt. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Worse experience getting pizza. I ordered online at 5:45. Order was to be ready at 6. I go in and wait for someone to wait on me. Tell them my order. I stand and wait. 10 minutes go by and someone comes in and orders at the counter. People are coming in getting their orders. Now it’s 6:30 and he asked me what my order was for the 2nd time and I tell him to give me a refund since I have ordered at 5:45 and still didn’t get my order.
At the same time the woman that walked into order gets her food. What are we doing?

Understaffed and probably overworked. Ordered online and when I arrived there was 6 people in front of me and we were all waiting for our orders. Only saw 1 person working. Been waiting for 20 minutes and no idea when it will actually be ready, still 4 people ahead of us and being short staffed will definitely delay it. Credit to the one person being bombarded by this nonsense. I’d like to hope her pay is worth it but let’s be real, we all know it isn’t.

We ordered on Halloween which is obviously a very busy day for pizza. The staff was so kind when I called to check on my order. The pizza came on time and was delicious for a small group we had over. I know holidays like Halloween are crazy but we were so grateful for the service and getting to us on time! Thank you!!!

This is the worst place to spend even a dollar. I raved about Marcos because I recently had it in MN. I’ll never suggest it again. The staff are lazy and don’t even care about the customers. Thats the nicest thing I can say about the staff. Cheesy bread had less than a millimeter of cheese and the sauce. It was barely even cooked. It tasted like crud. I guess the pizza was decent… but definitely nothing to brag about. 10/10 will never get Marcos Kennesaw, GA again. Do better.

Received my pizza via door dash. Not only was my pizza missing the black olives but it included an extra topping. Some hair!!! I called the restaurant and they blamed doordash. Doordash has nothing to do with the fact that you didn’t do your jobs.
