My family and I had a really good dining experience at this place. We went after Christmas and despite the place being packed, they were able to accommodate us without a reservation (We just got lucky). The staff was very nice and accommodating.
We wanted to try the roast duck which was the most recommended dish on the internet about this place but we found out that we had to have called ahead of time and place an order. They did try and see if we can still get it but they didn’t have enough stock to serve an unexpected order which is fine.
The next best thing they recommended was the Sweet & Sour Mandarin Fish. Boy was it amazing! It was the perfect blend of sweet and sour. I’ve had sweet and sour dishes before that can go overboard with the sweet that it makes the dish difficult to finish but this was not one of those. The sauce was just right and nice. The fish itself also was fried really well. Crispy pieces of fish on the outside and tender on the inside. It did not feel oily at all. It went amazing with rice. It wasn’t just tasty, the fish was fun to eat too with they way it was cut and prepared. It was a perfect centerpiece dish for the family to share.
I remember we had other dishes too like shrimp and dumplings but I really did love the Sweet & Sour Mandarin fish so it was the highlight for me.
Apart from the food, the ambiance of the restaurant was really nice. The place was clean and well decorated.
The service was great too. Shout out to Suda who took very good care of us during our dinner. She was always there whenever we needed something and we never felt like we needed to wait to be accommodated for something. The best server!
I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great dining experience! 10/10. Will come back again to try the duck!

We made a reservation which is recommended especially if you want Peking duck. The Peking duck was done well crispy and it came with the pancakes to roll up. This place has a heavy Szechuan flavor, especially the mapo tofu dish. Some of the dishes I enjoyed were the green beans, stir fried cabbage, and razor clams. The razor clam had a really spicy chili pepper on top so I’d recommend taking some of it off if you can’t handle super spicy. Service was ok for the price point, we asked for extra utensils and it took a while.

This place is a bit tucked away and not very obvious from the main road. You’ll need to walk down a small side path to find the entrance, but once you do, it’s definitely worth it. If you’re planning to get the Peking duck, I’d recommend reserving it ahead of time. You can also call right when they open at 11am to place an order.
The food has been consistently good, and this was already my second visit. Dishes came out fairly quickly, and everything tasted solid. It’s a great spot for a casual meal with family or friends, and I can see myself coming back again in the future.

Went their for our Christmas Eve dinner. The Beijing duck taste good and flavorful. All of their other dishes taste good as well. Service was friendly and providing recommendation when we ask. They also take feedback as we finished and ask if the food taste good which is a nice gesture. Will definitely be back.

I came for the soup dumplings and they did not disappoint. We ordered ahead Peking Duck. Crispy and carved tableside, it’s a real treat. Each dish that passes by was beautiful. I can’t wait to come back!

I had high expectations on Beking duck (the main reason to try) but it was just ok. The cutting did not separate the skin from meat (which is an important part), and the meat was a bit dry and tasteless. Also, there was a bit of strong smell from the internal of the duck during cutting. The soup cooked with the duck bone was on the salty side. Another disappointment was the sweet and sour fish – it could be that there was a delay from pass the dish from kitchen to our table that the fish lost its crispiness. The garlic steam shell fish on the other hand was very tasty and the pan fried buns was juicy and full of flavor. The tofu pot was great too. The overall dining environment was nicely decorated and pleasing in the eyes. The services was very good too.

The interior design is absolutely stunning and made me feel like I was actually in China. I highly recommend the Peking duck and the pork cabbage. The duck was super tender with crispy skin, sooo good.

Recently, I had a gathering with my Zai Ge Zai Gu friends at Baozang. I’m so glad we chose this place! The highlight was the roasted duck—crispy skin, juicy meat, carved right in front of us.
Other dishes like spicy chicken, drunken clams, fish with chili peppers, dry pot beef, and stir-fried tofu were also excellent. The place was packed on Friday night, and most people seemed to be here for the roast duck.
Service was friendly, with attentive and good-looking staff, which made the dining experience even better. Highly recommend!

The Peking Duck (烤鸭) was really good as were the Steamed Scallops With Garlic & Vermicelli (蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝) and the lamb. The lamb stir fry was spicy and probably not for those that are not prepared for it. Also had a lamb chop, but did not capture any images. It was good!
The Sweet And Sour Mandarin Fish (松鼠鱼) is a worthy mention and easier to eat than I imagined. The fish bones were large and easy to pick out if they happened to be served as well.
Well worth coming back.

This is a Chinese restaurant highly recommended by my Chinese friends. The interior has a subtle and authentic Chinese touch, and the staff are incredibly friendly. When you order Peking Duck, they carve it right in front of you with such professionalism—it’s impressive! Almost 98% of the customers were Chinese, and even though the staff speak English, most conversations were in Chinese, which says a lot about the authenticity. The menu features dishes from Shanghai, Beijing, and Chongqing, allowing you to enjoy a variety of regional flavors in one place. The food was outstanding, and I can’t wait to visit again!
