The pretzels are delicious, but the older-looking employee doesn’t like working there. He looked like he didn’t have a friendly face. Every time I go to New York, my family and I stop there. This time there was nothing there. When I asked how long they would have again, he said there wouldn’t be any more. So I sat down to eat something else and when I saw the pretzels, they were ready lol. This man really doesn’t like working there.

Lady is rude! Came here to redeem a free pretzel for my daughter’s birthday. We asked her if we can redeem it, she says yes, and then asked us if we were paying cash or card. WTH?! Didn’t redeem her coupon.

Absolutely delicious pretzels. They’re always warm, soft, perfectly salted, and buttery. They have many different varieties in stock, from pretzel dogs to regular pretzels to pretzel nuggets. I personally enjoy the pretzel dogs. The service is always great and welcoming. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite or anyone looking to try it. It is a must-try stop on the highway! I have gone many times before and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Don’t even bother. Wish I could give 0 stars for this location. Long time fan of the chain, frequent customer, but will never purchase from this location again. Ordered a regular pretzel, paid for it before I was handed said pretzel. I thought they handed me a rock it was so stiff and burnt. The only other pretzel they had that I already paid for was another regular preztel that looked a little less burnt. It was decivingly soft on the surface because I couldn’t chew the dough of my first bite. Employee was condescending during this exchange. On top of it all, the replacement preztel was plain instead of regular like I ordered, something I didn’t find out until I was already on the road again. 10/10 do not recommend.

Came in to get some salted pretzel bites to find there was some not cinnamon which i settled for. Waited 10-15 minutes for the kid working to come inside the rest stop and serve me. then bought them and got to the truck. they were cold and just about rock solid.

The buttered pretzel bites are the best snack ever. The pretzel wrapped mini hot dog bites are also excellent.

starts closing two hours before they’re supposed to. i literally used to work Starbucks’ shifts alone, and i didn’t even do stuff like this. closes in the middle of the day with no worker to be found. i think they’re taking their break, which i understand, but at least put that on your sign. atrocious

Really friendly, accommodating staff! Fans of the chain won’t be disappointed. The pretzels are as warm, fresh, and flavorful as you’ll find at any Auntie Anne’s location, and the flavored lemonades are worth every milligram of sugar :)’
