Overall, the burgers here are very tasty for nearly fast food. That being said, the menu is small and I have some issues with the speed. I find that Five Guy fits in between a full burger restaurant and something like McDonald’s. The problem is, the time it takes to prep / cook feels closer to a sit down place than fast food in some situations. While it’s good, it’s not sit around and wait good. Yes, they give you free peanuts, but how many peanuts can you really eat?

Dont waste your time. 3 times now they have managed to get my order wrong. When i go in person in order. Called the manager got laughed at. Yes its hysterical that you and your staff have messed up my order 3 times. I did not place it online. It should not be my responsibility to make sure you follow directions and do your job correctly when i am paying you for a service!!! Absolute shame this business has gone so down hill. I will be making a complaint on the corporate website.

Excellent fresh cheese burgers and my favorite French fries. The staff is always nice. The buns are soft and fresh. These types of burger places (Smash burger, Mooyah, Jakes wayback, etc.) Are Not McDonald’s fast or cheap. The store doesn’t have a freezer so nothing is frozen. Everything is cooked to order. No holding bins. No fillers or added ingredients only seasoning on burgers and fries.

Super disappointing service today. Usually we love five guys but it seems like the quality has gotten worse along with their customer service. Burgers are made plain and you have to order any extra toppings. My boyfriend ordered his burger with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. But the lady made his burger with pickles (he’s allergic) which is weird considering nowhere did it say pickles on the order. He politely asked for a remake and the lady didn’t even ask what his actual order was, just walked away and told her male coworker to make it. We sat there for 10 minutes when the guy asked us, and 2 other customers what we were waiting for. When the woman heard that she came around the corner and said “are you making his sandwich” to which he replied “what sandwich?” She then threw her head back in annoyance and just walked away again. Then the guy asked my boyfriend what his order was and my bf just asked for a refund. He just refunded the burger as if we didn’t have to sit there for 20 minutes and was served a burger we couldn’t even eat. I’m kind of disgusted with how unprofessional they were and how they didn’t take his allergy seriously. Complete waste of time and money.

It’s a good place to go grab a burger. Some fries hang out with some friends very clean restaurant. I have no complaints about that. Have you ever been to a 5 guys? They’re all shaped the same if you’ve never been there, just a little information for you.
