Today February 4th I spoke with the manager of this subway. Explained that I paid for a footlong sub at the time that the computers were down. The manager said she was aware of that situation and that the owner was there at that time that the computers were down . I asked if I got a credit for that footlong sub. The manager said no and nothing can be done . Her unexpected attitude and disrespect was very unprofessional and disappointing

Food is great! My husband loves them. I just can’t eat the whole sandwich because I’m not a sandwich person, so more for my husband. We didn’t wait for long. The staff prepared it while he was working with other things too. He was by himself during the time and He did well!

Why did we tip? We ordered so simple a blt and a veggie. My BLT had everything on it but the bacon? Even salt and pepper… the veggie had bacon on it??? This seems like some sort of targeted attack and I don’t like it. 1 star do better.

Came here on July 28 ‘23 for lunch passing through, and this team who worked here should travel the country training other subway teams. They were very fast, professional, friendly and the place was immaculate. If you own this subway you should thank them for a fantastic job.

We went here Friday evening about 630/7 the individuals that were there weren’t particularly friendly, and the food seemed to be less fresh then other locations. The meat had a glean on it, the ingredients were wilted, and since then my husband and I have both been sick. I’d advise going to a different subway.

I’ve had issues ordering online multiple times. This time was particularly frustrating. I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad and the bowl was half empty, had no lettuce and no dressing even though I made sure to select everything and even put it the notes that I would like the dressing on the side. Pretty disappointed.

Google is always trying to get me to rate standardized fast food chains. They are exactly the same in Peoria as here. If you like Subway, this store will meat your expectations.
