Food? Jac N Do’s is icon! Piled on toppings! Best ROI/ Bang for Buck for over half a Century! Can’t go wrong! This location has to be the best representation of this I’ve had since at least 2008! Rest are great- this location sets the modern standard! What a legacy for Larry for this one to be the absolute best ever!!
Service? Our direct personal service guy was this Awesome guy named Chip. But everyone was polite, friendly and darn like family almost. Can’t do any better in my “lived experience”!
Atmosphere? Movie, Sports, Music, Arcade? That equals Family Fun Night! Owner has his own personal best as far as 70s-2000s memorable items on walls; accompanying music to accentuate; classic Arcade games. Seriously: this is what a dine-in Pizza Family Fun Night should have! If you don’t bring your kids here you are depriving them the experience, in my opinion!

Used to be my favorite place for over 20 years. It’s been 2 hours and counting for my pizza I ordered online. I called and the person calling was a rude women or didn’t care about my food money or emotions. This place is down bad now. Go to Trenton ave Findlay instead bc I called them right after and they said they aren’t affiliated with tiffin ave. They were way more personable and old school

We go there on Sunday once in awhile, pizza is always good but the tables are always dirty. We’re usually there about 5oclock and every table needs cleaned. They open at 4 so they must not clean the tables before they close the night before. We bring wipes to clean our table. Also they don’t have a ice machine anymore.

I placed my order at 8:30, suppose to be delivered at 9:15.. I called at 9:30 for an update and the guy said my order had left and should be here any minute.. 20 min goes by and I decide to cancel my order and call back to question it. He said I didn’t get my order because I canceled it and “I called my delivery driver who was right by your house and told him to turn around since you canceled it” I explained it had been an hour and a half and he said “It doesn’t matter, you canceled so you don’t get it”.
His tone was extremely condescending and rude. I highly recommend going to the Jac and Dos on Trenton Avenue over this one. Night and day difference in service.

The pizza was delicious- until while taking a bite I see a black hair sticking out between the mushrooms- (fyi the people eating have long blonde hair). Obviously we couldn’t eat after finding this- I called the restaurant and they said we could either get a new pizza or a $6 refund for our $28 pizza!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Waited 50 mins for our new pizza- ridiculous- terrible customer service! should have had a FULL refund AND new pizza delivered!

Don’t ever order from these jerks. Especially if you order through door dash. They decide to make you wait well over an hour thinking you won’t get it, then blame you (and tell you to never use Door Dash for them) when you have to leave to go get food because you’re very hungry. Will NEVER use this location again, for any reason.
