I purchased a #1 combo meal. I decided to get the strawberry lemonade as my drink. I sat down to wait for my order and realized i needed a cup of water to take my fiber before my meal. When I ask the cashier for water she told me that I would have to pay for the cup, $1.10 for tap water even though I made a purchase. I was forced to pour out my lemonade so I could use the cup for tap water! What kind of business is this owner running. What a shameful way of treating paying customers. If I was dying of starvation and had only 20$ with no other restaurant for miles I’d rather die than give another dime to whoever owns the place!

I ask for a Philly shrimp sandwich I’m everyday day customers and I never had no issue with them but my last 4 orders have not been correct because employees are not fully trained and cannot do customer service well I work in the food industry for years not listening to a guest orders is very unprofessional

You get a lot of food for the price! What stands out today was the hardworking, professional, and efficient team working! I had to ask their names! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food would be maybe okay if I got what I ordered. They messed up my lunch order, when I discovered got back to work. But I needed to bring my food back – all the way into Walmart to prove $0.59 cent chilli was missing instead of allowing me to order cheese fries and adding my chilli for free! Could’ve been a simple fix but have POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES & not even REALLY PHILLY NATIVES! Not worth going back!

Ok so Philly dat up is a little to expensive for small amount of food you get the Philly cheese steak for a regular is 6.49 and to get it as a combo is an extra 3.48 and it’s not worth the price and the surf and turf was really sweet but I’m guess I’m used to the real Phillys we’re you get what you pay for when the sandwiches is loaded but for me it’s not worth it
