Dont order food delivery here late at night. Arrived here a little bit after they closed and all the workers were still in there cleaning up. Me and another delivery guy was knocking and trying to get there attention to pick up some orders and was totally ignored. They definitely took home and ate the customer’s food that night.

Walked in and ordered my food. The chicken came out rubbery, almost raw, and still somehow dry and completely devoid of sauce. When I asked them to please cook and sauce them a little more, they took them and when they brought them back, they were burnt and had obviously not been resauced. I emphasized “wet” and “well done” in my order. Honestly, I think they did this put of spite. I’d give them less than one star if I could. Save your money and eat anywhere else. The dumpster out back might be better. Also, maybe I’m the chump, this isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this.

Very slooowwww service. Order was correct and even came with feathers. Yes! Those are feathers! Disgusting! I’ll be making my own wings from now on. Employees look upset they had to work. Didn’t get a receipt to see if we were charged extra for the feathers.

The customer service at Wingstop was great. Valentino helped us and made sure our order was taken correctly and came out fast. He was polite, professional, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. Even though it was busy, he stayed patient and made the experience smooth. The service alone made us want to come back. the worst location in nc. staff is rude and cant cook. they dont use gloves. messed up my order and said it was bc i ate some and i hadnt had the food 5 mins before I came back to return it. Then said i just gotta trust they give my money back in 7-10 days bc they dont give refund receipts bc theyre a fast food chain. Tonight I ordered traditional Classic wings, lemon pepper, and atomic Wings from the website.. My son went in and picked up the order and then came home when we checked the order it was boneless. Not only did they charge extra for the traditional wings besides getting the order he tried to return it, and the employee stated to him that boneless showed up on their website on their end and that she was unable to change the order..
The employee also stated that it will take five days to get our money back.. We spend a lot of money with this business and at this location.
How could a major franchise like this not switch the order? Not to mention on several other different occasions, they never have change for cash after a certain time. My son also mentioned to me during the encounter tonight the employee was laughing and had a smirk on her face. I didn’t find this funny at all And if he’s lying, run the cameras back because cameras don’t lie.
This is not how you treat customers and very disgraceful customer service..
We are very dissatisfied customers with the service At this location.
I will be sending an internal email to the upper corporate concerning this matter.
You get no stars for this type of behavior.

Normally good. Tonight we went and a whole different crew was working. Watched several employees with phones in their hands while holding food. Another girl put food in a box no gloves and then licked her finger afterwards.

I did an online order for the first time from the website and it was a mistake. We ordered well done because we figured fries, and wings would still be crispy when we got them.
The fries were awful, cold, soggy, almost seemed like old fry bits like what you’d find in the bottom of the bag.
The flavor was strange, and most of it was super salty with hints of sweet? The celery sticks were more like twigs and there wasnt much of them. They came as a bundle of twigs.
The wings were not that great the flavor was lemon pepper but they were so greasy, they were not a desirable texture and mind you these were to be well done. Some were just slimy.
I don’t think we will try them again. Wing stop here in Hope Mills is a bit of a drag when you wanna get your wing on. I do not recommend this place to anyone. These reviews do not lie here.

Since the new management began this store has made a complete turn around. The service is faster the food is better and the manager Dedrick has done an amazing job. This store is new and improved since he has been at the location it is cleaner l. I remember going in there a year ago and it was dirty and nasty now I can feel comfortable eating my food in a clean place
