Only person in line. Waited probably 15 minutes while the 4 employees worked on another order and couldn’t seem to figure out how to assemble a single sandwich in the time I was there. I ordered a sandwich WITHOUT all the juice. As soon as they dumped a gallon of oil on what was to be my sandwich I walked out. Interesting group of employees. Not very efficient.

I ordered two subs via the Jersey Mike’s app while I was checking out at Walmart across the parking lot. It said it would take 13 minutes to complete my order which was perfect for me to get over there to pick up my food. I arrived 20 minutes later and my sandwiches were not completed. When I inquired, the heavy set Caucasian man said that they don’t start to-go orders until all of the in person diners were taken care of regardless of how long ago the to-order came in. That was frustrating because then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. If I had not already paid for it, I would have left. When I got my sandwiches back to the hotel, they had put condiments on the one sandwich that I wanted plain so I could take it to work the next day for lunch. That was super frustrating as I knew it would be soggy by the next day. The hot sub I ordered to eat immediately was ice cold and the cheese was not melted so I don’t even think it was ever toasted. Completely disappointed in this experience. The restaurant was clean at least.

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for years. And I always get #7 turkey. But in a tomato basil wrap. I Was always satisfied. Until yesterday at this location. A chubby Caucasian red head man was slicing my turkey. He only put six thin slices on it. Noticed the woman behind me. Was getting turkey to. He loaded her sub with turkey. And I’ve noticed he called her baby. So, I’ve told him. You supposed to put turkey on my wrap. Never ever had just six slices. Even the woman behind me said the same. So chubby red headed man got his favors. When it comes to customers. As well the tall Caucasian man with glasses. That situation needs to be handled. If I go back. And either one is slicing meat. I’ll correct them!!

Today’s visit was perfect. The girl making the sandwiches today was awesome! I didn’t have to repeat anything to her, she put extra oil and vinegar on it and all the spices. I could actually see the spices on the sandwich. I bought the sandwich home to my hubby. And he loved it! He said that the bread was good and fresh. Just the right amount of everything on it. Said that it was perfect. He got the turkey and provolone cheese, regular size. Thank you Jersey Mike’s here in Williamston for an awesome sandwich and great service!

This is my personal experience.
Great turkey sandwich. I have ate twice in different days.
However, after an hour or so, I don’t feel good. I thought it was something else, but that’s why I went back again, and it seems I’m allergic to it.
Delicious sandwich though.

The subs were good when they opened . But the last 2 subs I ordered were horrible. I alway ask for an #13 Italian, but when it comes to the condiments, I ask for L T O banana peppers. LIGHT on the mayo. Oil, vinegar.
When I brought it home we couldn’t eat it . The whole sub was like a sponge. It was totally wet . We couldn’t eat it . This happened 2 x . Signed unhappy

Manager wasn’t preparing anything but I witnessed him cough in his hand, not wash it, then touched counter surfaces. On another visit, one of the sandwich wrappers had to be reminded to put gloves on before touching the sandwich.

On the plus side, they are friendly and very patient with the people that are extraordinarily picky with their orders. I like that they have quality ingredients. My order is always good too but I won’t be returning after what I saw.

Food was good, staff were friendly. But, every table was dirty and the floor was covered in trash when my wife and I came in and they were not busy.

Excellent service and quality. Our food was prepared by Trina and Joe and could not have been happier with our order. A great experience and look forward to returning.

Not all that impressed. I go to the one in Washington quite often and guess I’m used to their service. There was a person in front of us, who was getting his order made then I think maybe one more, when the wife and I walked in. Appeared to be about 9- 10, maybe more people behind the counter. The guy at the register called out, slicer needed, to the front. About 5 minutes go by and some guy sticks his head around the corner and ask, hot or cold subs? Didn’t even know they did hot subs so, cold. Ok, disappeared. 5 more minutes go by and guy comes out to slice meat. Guy orders 2 footling subs, don’t know the number. Slices them up and slides them over.me and the wife #7 regular, #8 mini, slices them up, slips them over. Not many things to put on these subs. Tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, peppers, spices, o&v, mayo. Slicing dude has ours, the 3 people who came in behind us and 2 or 3 other people sliced up before preparer finished the first sub. Took 5 minutes wrapping then started on second one. Got to mine. Tomatoes, lettuce, onion, mayo, bacon and red relish. Had to ask my wife 2 or 3 times what I wanted, then after 4 minutes wrapping that mini sub, started on hers. Could hear others in back harking and carrying on about something and two older guys come sauntering out, talking to each other, getting in every bodies way, just to grab a cup and get them a drink of water. IF, they were training, NOT doing a very good job of it. Need to send these guys to Washington store, not to help but, to just watch and see what and how you are supposed to do your job. Even though there may not be a drive thru, doesn’t mean it’s not supposed to be fast food. The best you got there was mediocrely slow, to disadvantaged slow. I doubt I will be back
