Ordered two pizzas and wings and had it delivered but the order was delivered wrong and called the store. No one spoke good English and they said I would receive a refund. days later and no refund. Called the store and was hung up on three times by someone who only spoke Spanish after asking for a manager. The worst customer service people ever and I just want this resolved.

The app send my pizza from this store. The last 3 orders have been WRONG and/or I’ve had to wait over an hour to receive COLD pizza after my food was out for delivery.

Tonight, I have called the store to explain that not only has my pizza not been delivered at the 1hr mark from receiving a message that my order was on its way……I was hung up on SEVERAL times. One time a man answered said no English and hung up. Other times they picked up and hung up. Another 3 times they answered and said NOTHING, just picked up the phone and put it down with no one saying ANYTHING. I called at lease 8 times!!!

Finally a man answered and said no Manager was available for me to speak with, refused to give his name (sounded like the same no English person) and hung up on me (this was about my 10th time calling) talking about call tomorrow to speak with a Manager about my order being WRONG & COLD!!

I will be contacting corporate on Monday!!!

This place was extremely ridiculous is customer service.
firstly i placed a $53 order and had extreme amounts of troubles with my order. in the beginning, the driver came with the wrong order he gave it to the wrong customer it also took 1 hour for that initial delivery. I understood this mistake and told the delivery driver it was fine as long as we got a new order, since our initial order had been in another customers house.
secondly, the driver comes to deliver the new pizza, order is completely wrong even after i called and confirmed the order with the store.
Finally the driver comes back with the wrong order i see its wrong and go down to the store. the employees are extremely disrespectful. they disregard the fact that i had an order already placed. the driver made pretend he didn’t recognize that i was the person her delivered to. when i asked for a manager they completely ignored me and turned their back on me and even told me AND I QUOTE “you haven’t ordered with us” in spanish. the whole store is extremely disrespectful. even when trying to call the store they completely disregarded me as if they didn’t make the mistake in the first place.

Ordered a bunch of food. Food was shown on the tracker for 2 hours as being prepared. Finally, it’s time to go pick it up. As I get to the store, I see an employee jump up from behind the counter and sprint up to the door to lock it and turn off the lights.

We received no prior phone call regarding the order. I even called them and there was no answer.

I get that the weather was bad, 3 hours before I ordered, but they could at least do me the courtesy of a call to tell me about it, it was a lot of food.

Do what they did to Moe’s and axe the place

Be careful when ordering from this location! First took over an hour for delivery when app showed 25-30 mins! Second there is now a charge for premium toppings however no where on the app when ordering does it show which toppings will be an extra charge. Not sure when pepperoni became a premium topping with an additional charge, pepperoni is a standard pizza topping! I know it’s not much more but this should be advertised not after you pay in small print! If you order stuffed crust clearly states next to item $4 extra, this should go for the toppings as well so there are no surprises! $6.99 menu item coupon is just a marketing scheme almost nothing is $6.99 after you add it to the cart and pay! Do better and advertise correctly.

We ordered $100 worth of food around 9:30 P.M. It took over 2 1/2 hours for it to be ready according to the online tracker. When we got there, an employee ran up to the door, locked it, and turned off all the lights as we walked up.

Absolutely horrible experience. Appalled that this place didn’t have to the nerve to call us and explain the situation before hand if they weren’t able to complete the order. Never ordering from here ever again.

Horrible experience at Warren NJ branch.
Ordered from dominoes so my life with no complaints ever. Recently ordered and got the wrong pizza, immediately called the branch but no one would pick. Waited an hour and no one picked and then it was closing time so I decided to try the next day. Again no one picked but finally was able to reach the manager of that branch after a day. Tell him the entire order detail and he goes like I can’t confirm that it was wrong without a picture. I would have taken a picture if someone picked up the same day and told me to. Never before had issue with dominoes so never knew picture is a must and word of mouth has zero value . Warren manager refused to give me his name but the experience leaves me never wanting to order from that branch again.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE*** If I can give “zero” star – I would. Beware of the online app ordering system – we placed order tonight and received an error message and someone else ordered on his phone and it went through. We ended up getting 2 deliveries even though the online order gave an error message. Went to the store and spoke to the owner – and the owner said there was nothing he could do locally and I have to call the corporate office. Kids and parents – find food elsewhere so you don’t become victim of their technology glitch because you will not get your money back. I couldn’t be more disappointed that the owner chose to do nothing and let an 18 year old lose $50 of her money. (And she was kind enough to leave a $10 delivery tip)
