Since this year started,i’ve been going to this Subway at walmart more often and i frequently see this employee named Jose. I’ve actually never received better customer service at any fast food place ever. This man is attentive,nice,polite and the food has been tasting better since he’s been working there lowkey. I left my card there the other day and i went to go ask for it and he was super friendly and gave it to me. This dude is a great guy and i will be going more often

I’d really like to speak to somebody about this location, third time that they are out of meatball marinara, and don’t have stocked fresh veggies. Customer service experience was odd, even when I asked her and brought up my concerns of how they never seem to have meatball marinara the young lady at the counter stated that it’s frozen . That was definitely odd to me because its lunch time and there should still be food available between 2 to 3:00 p.m. I’d understand if it was near closing time to where they wouldn’t want to defrost more and I understand if they were completely out but from what I’m understanding is they just don’t take any more out to avoid the complication or to avoid the workload. Of course I asked if there was anybody I could speak to about that and she said they have no management, I replied with but surely there’s somebody who she reports to, and she finally gave me the name Edgar but that he is never there. Everything about my visits has been odd. I posted a video to show how even the veggies trays are empty or near empty. Just avoid the trip and try another location

made two sandwiches at the same time was already trying to close up the sandwiches before I can even tell them what I wanted on it when they were toasted they were actually still really cold. I asked for extra mayonnaise on one he kept squeezing the bottle until I had to literally say stop that’s enough and on the other sandwich I asked for a little bit of extra creamy Sriracha did the same thing squeezed the bottle way too much until I had to say stop like he was mad I asked for extra..and put very little meat. It felt like I was eating only bread and sauce in my sandwich. Very cold . They can’t even pick up the phone.

I do not like that fast food chain. I bought a sandwich combo which is $4.99 at the end I paid $7.56 , I think is expensive. I bought it for my little cousin. She likes junk food.
