First impression when walking In was warm, welcoming and just a nice shop. However the service was average at best with the cashier having a poor look of disgust on her face, which didn’t bother me so much but was inherently notable. Upon receiving my order of a bagel with butter I could say that it left me unimpressed. The bagel was a bit harder than my preferred liking, and lacked any real flavor compared to others I have had and enjoyed more. Probably won’t return, but I also could to try something else. Either way it won’t be my first stop.

This place is always packed and came highly recommended for a breakfast sandwich, so there were extremely high expectations. I ordered a bacon, egg, and hasbrown on an everything bagel. This was close to $13 cash with a small Tropicana orange juice. The bagel was big, but did not deliver on flavor. The sandwich itself was just ok, nothing special compared to other places around the state. For Denville, NJ this is a highly popular stop and will continue to be a local favorite. Some parking on the side street.

Several times ordered an everything bagel toasted extra extra dark aka black aka burnt. I expect them to at least toast it dark. The bagel is barely toasted at all and is hardly warm.

Friendly neighborhood cafe. Coffee and lattes are excellent. They do seasonal drinks and hot chocolate in the winter. Probably the best lattes in the area. The bagels are always hot and fresh. It gets pretty busy on weekends but they are really efficient. There’s a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is on the street or a lot across the street. If you order bacon or Taylor ham on your sandwich, there is a lot of it. They really don’t skimp. The prices are good comparatively. A bacon egg and cheese bagel was under 8 dollars, and I will be full all day. So much crispy bacon. Service is always friendly, even when they are slammed.

Best place for a breakfast sandwich, great coffee and friendly service! If you need something sweet don’t skip on the chocolate croissant. Perfect outdoor seating when the weather allows. Our go to bagel place, no matter what you order it won’t disappoint!

Great place for lunch! Everything is fresh and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Lots of choices on the menu, it’s hard to decide what to order. Not much indoor seating, but plenty of outdoor seating. My friend said the breakfast sandwich was hands down the best she’s ever had!!

Establishment is very very clean and organized. I have been ordering the Cajun wrap and it’s one of the best wraps I’ve ever had. So clean and fresh. Service is quick and easy. Definitely my new weekly go to spot for breakfast/lunch.

Decided to stop in on a Sunday morning after a quick google search for a local bagel spot while I was in the area. I called ahead for a breakfast sandwich (I assumed they’d be busy which they were) and then ordered a specialty coffee while I was there. They have a ton of options for breakfast food, coffees, lattes, chai, matcha & even smoothies! They have some tables outside where you can sit and eat if it’s a beautiful day like this particular day was. My pork roll, bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel along with my iced pumpkin latte was delicious! I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

Not only are the bagels the best in Jersey, the staff is amazing too! They created a community that welcomes everyone! The best part is they merged with smart house coffee to give the best of both worlds for morning breakfast! No more making two stops to get the perfect bagel and morning drink. They have several types of cream cheese, which is fun for me to always try something different. Have your daily favorite or try something new, either way you won’t be disappointed here!
Not only are these bagels fresh and fluffy, but they’re rich in flavor. Kids love the Tye dye bagels. Here’s a picture of this mornings breakfast- Taylor ham, egg and cheese (a NJ tradition) and a shore burrito! Make sure to say hi to Frankie, the owner, as he takes pride and joy in making everyone smile!
