Excellent. Convenient and close to our room, perfect for a pool snack. Choices are great for being a snack place literally next to the pool. For those leaving bad reviews, this isn’t a fancy meal choice. It’s a snack place next to a pool. Food is good and the staff is super friendly. It is what it is. Nice quick service by the pool. Only down side is you are accustomed to Disney cocktails being quite strong and these were the extreme opposite, very watered down. This location is in the pool area so that may be the reason why. Food was really good and decent prices for Disney. We paid 11 dollars for burgers and house made chips which were excellent. We ended up ordering extra they were so good.

They unfortunately missed my order in the system and it took me noticing and letting my cashier know so she could expedite the order – great thing I had asked for my receipt. Cashier was able to rectify the issue right away. I don’t always get my paper receipt but this time I did and it went smoothly.

Food was good. Sandwiches were large, we could have shared it. Kids combos were good and included 2 choices of fruit, veggies, chips or cookies. The food came out quick

Great pool bar and grill. Simple food keep the kids at the pool all day no need to go back to the room so the fun doesn’t stop but you can still get everybody fed.

Poor food choices. Nothing healthy. Everything over seasoned with mayonnaise. Potato chips with everything????
When I asked if I could substitute it was a chore. Cast member brought me a bag of grapes as a fruit cup substitute. Place felt dirty. The coffee bar looked thrown together. I was handed a can of diet coke from a barrel as my drink. It was pathetic. The seating area needed a good scrubbing. This is deluxe??? You have to be kidding Disney. Shame on you with your prices.
