Ken took my order a was very polite. I met the general manger who handed me my food at the window. I didn’t catch her name but she was also very sweet. I got the three nibblers meal. It was hot and was out the window when she handed my my card back. Will definitely come back!

I have always frequented this location, not because it’s just convenient but because the staff has always been very pleasant and friendly as well as consistent food. It’s always hot, seasoned, and crispy! Today, I went for lunch and a small mistake occurred. Nothing huge, nothing that I would have even been upset about. Yet, they noticed and immediately rectified it! The general manager was there – I only know because she was working in the drive through with another young lady, making drinks and honestly being more present than other general managers I know from both national chains and local chains. I can definitely see where the standard comes from! Although I’ve been to this location more than I can count over the years (and I have never left a review) I was simply impressed by the service and honestly, how hands on the general manager was. I definitely recommend!!

If I could put negative stars I would. Last night after work @10:28pm I got a grilled Cobb salad. They said it’ll be a wait for them to grill the chicken and I said ok. They just gave me my salad with no chicken. By the time I got home and noticed, they were closed. So I brought what was left of the salad back cause what else was I going to eat in the middle of the night when I assumed I already paid for my dinner. I was telling the manager politely what happened and he kept talking over me and being rude, saying “this the only time I can get a replacement” like I planned for them to not give me my chicken. Your employees were attempting to rush an order out knowing they did not want to start up the grills because they wanted to close up sooner. This was an inconvenience for me and your manager need another class on customer service. He treated me as if them getting my order wrong was my fault.

Phenomenal service by Jade and her crew! I made an inconveniently large online order shortly before closing on Christmas Eve, which coincided with a sudden rush of drive thru orders, and the crew still did a perfect job making my order.
