I left my phone here and they answered it and told me I left it which i can’t say many people would do. Trusting people now a days is hard! So I was very happy about that. They were out of chocolate ice cream which was disappointing, but the substitute i got was amazing so it allowed me to try something new.

The food was hot and fresh but they gave my wife the wrong sandwich. The employee’s were loud playing around, not professional with the only exception of an African American male with a hat, white and blue Jordan is on, he was the only one that was professional. He had a great attitude and was consistently telling them that they need to quiet down and do work, but they were not listening to him. When the food came out, it was hot and fresh. But my wife had to wait for a sandwich. So the food was cold.
This is due to lack of responsibilities on the employee’s not the manager. The employee’s have to make sure that they want to come to work. Want to do their job and make the company money? So you don’t have mistakes, waste cost, company, money, time, energy and resources. I will not be back to another Freddy’s at all. But maybe we came on a bad day.

I went through the drive through for my favorite chocolate custard. I always get a quart size with heath bar mixed in. The young lady said she wasn’t sure if they had enough chocolate for the order but then said they do.
So I pay at the window and I get the frozen custard and I come home. I open the frozen custard and it is completely melted.
Now I understand that frozen custard can get a bit soft during the drive: however, I have gotten this multiple times – about once a month and never had this happen.
I would have rather she stuck with “we are out of chocolate custard, sorry” than to get what I got.
It was complete liquid, like custard soup.

Cheese curds were chewy, stretched like rubber, flavor so salty. I ordered cement with 3 ingredients .99 a piece. I got an orange shake. Hamburger was good & hot dog was good. First time there, won’t go back. 2 people spent $40 & my desert was wrong.

We went to Freddy’s drive-thru for the first time last night 10-2-25 after hiking with our dog.
The young man that took care of us was phenomenal and it was evident that the other staff members were awesome as well.
As I said, it was our first time, so we needed a few minutes to look at the menu.
The young man was incredibly patient, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
He didn’t rush us and once we had successfully placed our order and pulled around to the pay/pickup window, he noticed our dog was with us and immediately offered a pup cup.
Not only did they fill it to the top, but they also drizzled it with peanut butter after asking if that was okay.
When I say they hooked her up, I mean they hooked her up, baby!! lol!
I told my Husband when we got home that even if the food wasn’t great, they still deserve a five star review based on the extraordinarily awesome customer service alone.
Much to my surprise, the food was fantastic! We ordered a chili dog, tater tots, a western style burger, a bacon double cheeseburger, onion rings and a pumpkin pie shake (they called it something else) and every bit of it was delicious.
It was still hot and crispy, even after our 15min drive home -impressive!!
I usually refuse to eat fast food because of the practically guaranteed poor quality and lack of even semi decent customer service.
So I was blown away by this experience and I simply cannot say enough about the impeccable service and don’t have the words to accurately describe my satisfaction and appreciation for the young man running the drive-thru and the way the staff communicated perfectly and seamlessly prepared our order.
I didn’t get the young man’s name, but wish I had, so that I could publicly commend him.
That’s how much of an impact he made on me! (Which is so rare these days.)
Even him telling us to have a blessed night was meaningful, because he was genuine and I knew that he meant it.
This young man is the most valuable employee one could possibly hope for. Seriously! His top notch work ethic, sincere dedication and desire to please the customer reveals his profound empathy and commitment to doing his job to the absolute best of his ability.
He is the reason I’m taking the time to write this review and so eagerly praise him.
In a world full of people who couldn’t care less about their impact on society, this young man is a rare gem and an asset to Freddy’s in Amherst!
This company is tremendously blessed to have him and will only continue to succeed so long as he’s an employee there.
God truly has His hand on this young man and Freddy’s will prosper because of it.

Stopped here for a quick burger for lunch. I wasn’t expecting what I got that’s for sure!
This was truly one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time.
Fries accompanied my delicious burger and boy were they good too!
Seasoned perfectly and piping hot!

They run this place like the Navy. They even held a battle meeting in the dining room! They made sure all combatants could hear them. I loved eating my food while feeling like I was being scolded by a general.

employees were just standing around talking eating and drinking. horrible slow service and food was not good at all. my onion rings were two big chunks. everything tasted as if the fryer grease hasn’t been changed in a long time. love freddy’s but not this one. do better.

This is the second time I have visited this location and had to wait extensively long for 3 items. Along with poor customer service skills to boot. The attendant at the drive through was short with me and was giving bad attitude for simple menu questions. This time I just ordered 3 ice cream snacks and it took 12 minutes for the simple order to be completed, and that was a 12 minute wait at the pick up window on top of a 2-5 minute wait at the order box/menu.
The place just opened and they owners can’t see why there only at 3.9 on google ??
