Fuwa Fuwa, meaning fluffy fluffy is North America’s largest soufflé pancake and cafe. Each pancake begins with egg whites whipped to soft peaks, essential to their finally airy quality, and is then cooked very slowly at low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé and a traditional pancake, soufflé pancakes are soft, bouncy, and light.

Cute ambience, delicious food and great staff. We tried a different range of items from their menu and none disappointed us.
Their fluffy fluffy Egg and Cheese Benedict – delicious. Balanced flavor, super airy and moist. Their Egg and Cheese Croissant; again super crisp from the outside and soft inside. And their show stopper – strawberry and banana soufflé; it was yum, yum and yum. I couldn’t stop eating.
One thing they need to improve is the silverware. Eating this fancy, delicious meal on a fancy plate in a fancy place with plastic silverware was off putting.
Overall a great experience.
This is their second location as their first is in Duluth, GA. They also offer coffle (hybrid between croissant and waffle) sandwiches with typical breakfast sandwich ingredients.
Will definitely be back !
My crew and I initially had plans to simply grab some takeout—pick up a few flap-jacks and dip out—but upon arrival, we were utterly mesmerized by the café’s enchanting aura and magical offerings. Dining in turned out to be one of our best decision of the day.
Each heavenly soufflé starts with egg whites that are whisked to soft peaks, crucial for that ethereal, airy quality we all dream of. They’re then lovingly baked at a gentle, low temperature to perfection. The result? Fluffy creations that are not only soft and bouncy but practically float on air.
Make haste to Fluffy Fluffy, my friends! This is not just dessert; it’s an experience that will leave you smiling and satisfied. You won’t regret it!
Coffee-was pre sweetened, too sweet, served in a to-go paper cup. (Picture shows ceramic mug)
Crowaffle Turkey sandwich-really good, salad good, spicy chips not good.
Fluffy Eggs Benedict-too sweet/salty and the Benedict execution wasn’t good.
Low quality plastic silverware.
Only soda option was Ginger Ale can, I paid more for this than a 6 pack at a store.
It took over 20 minutes to get our food, with only 1 other table occupied.
It’s a counter service restaurant, with nice decor and creative presentation food. Try it once? Yes. Return? No.
$46.96 for 2 people breakfast
The place itself was super clean and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, perfect for enjoying a nice breakfast.
I’d definitely recommend Fluffy Fluffy to anyone looking for amazing food in a clean, comfortable place. I’ll for sure be coming back!
The service was really nice either, the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering too much. Our food came out pretty quick, which was great since we were hungry.
Overall, it’s a chill spot if you’re craving pancakes. Also a great place for relaxing. Good food, good vibes, and good service. I’d definitely want to go back!
We also ordered the Oreo Soufflé for the kids. They weren’t big fans after the first bite, and when I tried it, the eggy smell and taste were a little strong for me as well, so it’s not something I’d get again.
A suggestion for the café could be to offer a small charcuterie-style board with mini croffles, croissant pieces, and assorted toppings so guests can mix and match. Even offering mini soufflés—about the size of a dollar coin—could be a great way to let people try them without the stronger eggy flavor.
Overall, the café has a nice vibe and the service was friendly, but the food was more average than expected for the price. Glad the visit was made, but it may not be a spot to rush back to.
