The brother in law and I were going to meet up with the wives after we got off of work. At 11pm they said they were hungry and if we could bring food to the hotel. Called and placed it order of 2 pizzas and 2 cheese bread. Super friendly guy on the phone, 15 minutes later I walk in to see 1 guy working, he was super nice, and very impressive to watch him make pizza, answer phones, and keep the place clean, did not catch his name but he deserves a raise!

I had wrote a review that was negative at first because I thought they forgot to deliver my order due to it being closing time past 1am. But nope Nicholas had stayed past 1am to bring my pizza and he was very polite. The food was delicious and I would order from there again. I also apologized and Nicholas thank you for the great service and being so kind,hard workers like you are what makes us come back to dominos in east side again.

I live in Thief River Falls. Onlined ordered, and it was fast! Sent my wife to pick it up, and they didn’t have my order. Figured out that I ordered by mistake to the East Grand Forks store. Thought I was going to be out $47, til I called and the person who answered the phone was very understanding and cool about it, and they refunded me, told me it happens from time to time. Thought it was going to be a hassle, but it was anything but. Great customer service!

They made a mistake with the delivery which happens , but Customer service is so shitty an hour later I still haven’t even been able to get a hold of somebody to help me remedy it ! Only wanted icing for my cinnamon twists but they couldn’t find my order that I was holding in my hand & delivered within 5-7 min (as to try catch delivery guy ) but he left me on hold 22 min! so I contact customer service which said my call is important 10 or more times in 25 min of waiting. go to Pizza Hut. It can’t be worse

Literally, took absolutely for ever to deliver 2 items, tipped 20% for a 2 minute drive. The order was on quality check for over 20 minutes and the food definitely wasn’t quality. Management definitely needs to do better.

Worst delivery drivers in town. Every other place that you tip in advance, if you tip well they’ll deliver quickly. Domino’s is the one place where if you tip well they’ll deliver to you last. Drivers here are garbage. Food is okay if you have a coupon for a deal, but do yourself a favor and do carry-out. Their delivery is terrible and has been for several years. Their management clearly doesn’t care.
