They now take your order if you want something from the grill. You sit in there and wait for it to be cooked. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. They do not explain the process at all. I had no clue I needed to tell them everyone I wanted on my sandwich when they took my order. I’ve never been to a Jersey mikes that does this absurd order taking.

I love this place! I really do! The people that work there are professional, pleasant and just all around great people! Sandwiches are good here. They have a healthy variety if your looking for a healthier option. It’s clean. I say check them out for lunch or dinner! Take your kids after a sports game, take a date or go grab lunch. Check them out! Super super nice staff! I give them a A+++

The staff was so kind and they explained how they take the time to clean the machine between slicing cheese or meat for each sandwich they make for safety purposes and to help prevent cross contamination. We were very impressed, being vegetarian, we didn’t ask them to do it, but our cashier said it was protocol. We appreciated the extra attention and consideration for their customers.

You can’t ever go wrong with some Jersey Mike’s! I have been to several across several states! Oscar I think helped me tonight and he was amazing! Not only at the craftsmanship of my sandwich but at customer service.

TL:DR For a store with lots of employees and not a lot of customers, the lobby was incredibly dirty.
A spilled soda laid right in the path to the kitchen, right in the area where people order and two employees saw it and just ignored it. No wet floor sign or urgency to clean up a spill in a high traffic area.
It seems every time we come into this Jersey Mikes there’s an issue with the order. Something usually has to get remade or taken off because they’re not really focused on making the sandwich and are prioritizing peer to peer conversations instead.
It’ll work if you’re not in a hurry or don’t care what your experience is like. There are better options and better Jersey Mikes in the area to try.

There is the rudest beeeotch that has dark hair and glasses. I called my order in and Molly was great. Made all the sandwiches as I specified. Get over to pick them up and the dark haired girl, should seriously think about a career change where she’s more behind the scenes. One day she will be rude again to the wrong person and hopefully I’m there to see it.

Jersey Mike’s exceeded all expectations! This place deserves more than five stars—it’s on par with the best, even rivaling Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth of their hospitality. The store was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly intentional with their customer service. It’s 10:30am and I decided to try this jersey mikes for the first time. I usually go to the one in Duarte. Well I get in line and there is a huge ROACH right there and it was filthy behind the counter. I was so appalled I just took pic and video as well but you can’t post video, don’t think can see the dirty rag on the ground and stuff all over the floor behind the meat counter but this place is DISGUSTING!

A friend and I whom we also were former employees at this location are disappointed on how its now become. The late shift crew lack tenacity or will to work/be there. It literally takes 10-15 minutes just for one sandwich to be made and rung up. Takes a bit longer if it is a hot sub. And this is with no rush. When we worked there it didn’t ake us more than 5 minutes to slice, sprinkle, wrap and ring the customer up. There is a lack of unity and communication between the employees here. I would only expect this kind of wait time if it was delivered or if they hit a rush but this is in acceptable.
