Good fresh made to order fast service friendly I ordered over the phone and was almost immediately given deal options for any pizza for 9.99 which I gladly accepted. My order was ready the moment I arrived to pickup. I got two pies, which were absolutely delicious and 1 order of garlic knots, in which I would not recommend due to the hardness of them, as well I had ordered a couple sauces that were happily nuzzled beside one of the pizzas which helped to warm them. I was told where I could expect to locate the sauces which proved accurate. Overall I do recommend ordering from this location.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Rude Assistant Manager
My wife was treated rudely at this Papa John’s by the assistant manager just for politely asking if the sauces she ordered were included. Instead of simply answering, he tapped on the boxes and told her they were inside — with an attitude. There’s no reason a paying customer should be spoken to that way. We enjoy Papa John’s food, but this kind of disrespect from management is unacceptable.

Love this place, but after I received the text saying my food was on the way, it took 45 minutes to get to me . I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. Then I open the box and everything is burnt . Found out my order got dropped and the reason for burning my food was to speed up the process and get it to me . At that point. I’d rather wait a little longer and have un burnt food. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Giving three stars because every other time has be fine . Still use the restaurant and still like the food .

Used to like this Papa John’s but keep getting bad food and so so service. Last Pizza I got had 2 pieces with no cheese or toppings. Time before they accepted my order but didn’t have the toppings to make it (this was before Helene), offered a cookie pizza for the inconvenience then didn’t give it to me.

Ordered $60 for delivery. 2 burnt papadillas. Manager didn’t want to come to phone. When she finally did she only argued w me, said it’s their over that made it burnt and that nothing can be done. Told her to refund those 2 burnt items. She refused and said they can’t do anything about the burnt food. I told her I was going to call corporate and she said “do what you gotta do “ and actually hung up on me!!! NEVER EVER buy from this store!!!! The one in Powdersville is good. But I couldn’t get delivery from that one. This is why I’ve just been getting Doninoes. Thought I’d try Papa again since it’s been about 2 years. Nope! Back to Dominoes from now on. The photos are 2 different papadillias. So unless you like burnt food and be denied for them to replace or refund and be treated horribly by store manager, DON’T BUY!!!!!!! .

It is very hard for me to ever give a one star review. I always give people the benefit of doubt. this place messed my order up and the pizza was burnt and crunchy to the point that kids wouldn’t even eat it. Before I made this review, I gave them ample time to make it right. I reached out to Papa Johns corporate. The store owner sent me an email in which I responded to and it also had his telephone number I called it and he said hello and told him what was going on just for him to sit on the other side of the phone and not say anything. I continued to try to email him as well as sending pictures. It’s going on 2 weeks and no response from the store owner. I would have been fine with them just remaking it. I would not recommend this place at all!!!

I’ve try to take a slice of pizza and it was cut really bad and unevenly, the cheese was all smeared around. I’ve tried to call 4 times and no one answered! I’ve had to ripped it apart just to get a peace of a crappy pizza, paid $25 just for a mess up pizza. Just wow

The last time I personally bought a pizza from you, it was delivered to me and it was wrong. I called the store to request they bring the correct pizza. I was told that the owner made the pizza and he didn’t believe my complaint was valid. I offered to photograph the incorrectly made pizza and forward the photos to him. He replied that I needed to bring the faulty pizza back and he would make a new one. Now I paid and handsomely for delivery. I balked at that and told him it was his responsibility to make it right. He remained adamant. I had to drive from my house to the store at 9pm at night to get the pizza I ordered remade. This is the very worst sort of customer dealings. I myself will NEVER order Papa Johns again because of it. Unfortunately my son likes your pizza. I downloaded the app. The app is absolutely worthless! I established an account because of my son. Now when I try to log in to place an order I cant. It says something went wrong try again later. Well BS! on that!!!!!! Fix that app so it can actually be used and I can get the rewards earned.

Reason for 2 stars is cuz 2 out of five or 6 times I have ordered on line with them I was pleased with order the rest of the orders wasn’t fit to eat …They must be a shortage on all toppings cuz the pizzas I got barely had any toppings on them ..Straight out pathetic and as much as I pay for a damn pizza it should be covered in toppings …wth?
