Don’t order online here! You’ll want to see them make your sandwich.

I was excited, for once my food is ready when I arrive. Only to get that food back to the office. They’re so wrong for giving me huge slices of thick meat in the sandwich. Hardly any sauce. I requested regular portion of sauce, but received two drops. So the sandwich was dry. Had to cut the meat and add many condiments myself from the office.

I ordered the lemonade they offer online, I got a mini simply lemonade version instead.

Waste of $17.58, or most of that. The bag of chips was the only thing I could eat. The sandwich was, trash. Literally.

Just close the whole dam subway down
Look at my Bread. It was cut by the manager. I couldn’t even finish it cause it fell apart. The meatballs were luke warm and I informed the lady. She forgot how to understand english at that point. Smh.
And they nasty. No way should those sauce holders be that nasty. I will not b going back. I don’t care how close I work

My sandwich was fine. That’s not my gripe. The receipt says chicken bacon ranch, NOT what I ordered. I am aware you may ring special tens a certain way, but that should be stated.

I ordered a foot long barbeque chicken sandwich, with bacon. I used a coupon for a $5.99 foot long. Although bacon is extra, which is not a problem, my coupon was promptly taken and NOT applied to my receipt. Why is that? I handed it to the gentleman. I am disappointed and unappreciative of this. No one to speak to at the time about it.

Loved my time at this Subway location. The staff was very friendly, the environment was peaceful and the food was amazing! This is a bigger Location so it is perfect for dining in with larger crowds.

Overall experience was really bad. This is not a real Subway. The workers have been instructed to be stingy with toppings. I asked for cucumber and got 3 slices on a footlong. They also limit your options with coupons to four different sandwiches, which is a ridiculous policy not supported by Subway. The owners are clearly trying to cheat customers by being stingy with toppings, meat, cheese, and condiments so they can maximize their own profits. Will not be back – go elsewhere unless you want to eat frustration and disappointment!

Store closed an hour early for no reason. Walked in at 8:12 the altered hours say they close at 9. This is the third time I’ve come in and been told they’ve closed early. Change the posted hours to when you stop serving PLEASE.

The place was nice & clean. My cousin & I like my wheat bread toasted but it wasn’t toasted enough like the way we wanted. There were a lot of customers during that time period. The coupons really helped out.

I don’t think I’ll be back. I wanted a pizza sub, but the girl didn’t know how to make it, so I opted instead for a meatball sub. Then, the girl running the register didn’t know how to let me use my rewards card – she kept running it as though it was a gift card. Finally, I got nearly out of the store and realized they had not put the cookies I ordered (and paid for) in the bag. To be fair, the girl at the register was apologetic about forgetting the cookies. None of those three issues are a big deal individually, but the fact that they all happened on the same visit just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Speaking of taste, the food was good, so no complaints there. It’s the service that makes you shake your head a little.

I went to this Subway location yesterday and noticed how clean and updated it looked. Unfortunately I also noticed and witnessed extreme unprofessionalism and discrimination of the management towards an African American employee during the entirety of my stay. It was so extreme and blatant that customers ahead of me in line were recommending various job fairs and opportunities to the young man. The man was incredibly polite and fast and continued to serve customers despite the way that the management was treating him. At one point he repeatedly tried to ask his coworker, who seemed to be management, details about scheduling and specific customer orders and the other man ignored him completely. The employee being discriminated against was also clearly having to overcompensate work wise due to the slowness of the other employee.

My husband wanted the supreme meat sub but the girl taking our order tells him she feels sorry for him, when he asked why she starts listing the meats that comes on it, when she gets to the last meat she says it’s a foreign meat and it’s been sitting there for three days. Very unprofessional. He ended up getting the B.M.T sub which he only ate half. We we stood in line for so long the lady in front of us walked out without placing her order. The two girls working need better training in the customer service department. I came to town for a concert and I guarantee on my next trip to the city this location will not get my again.
