I came in tonight with customers from the bar I work at, as I regularly do. I ordered my usual drink and it was made incorrectly, which the bartender, Kennedy, confirmed. I chose not to make an issue of it and drank it anyway. Despite that, I was still charged for the incorrect drink, and when I politely asked about it, I was met with a dismissive “well, you drank it” and an attitude.
To make matters worse, she then proceeded to talk negatively about me to my friend while he was ordering at the bar. Completely unprofessional. I paid my tab to avoid an argument, but this level of service is unacceptable. I bring business, tip well, and have never caused issues. I enjoy the rest of the staff, but I won’t be returning when she’s working.

Walked in and it smells like a sweaty locker room. Waited 15 minutes and got no service. 5 blondes behind the bar with zero customer service bar tending skills. We ended up going to the Cove which was a way better experience. Hard pass on blue chip.
