The first time I visited this food spot, I had to wait for just a bit for my order to be ready but in the end it was worth the time.
Very tasty guisados, completely homemade flavor, just too delicious.
They really know their business.
We order chicharrón en salsa verde, deshebrada en salsa verde, rajas con queso, huevo con nopales, my goodness, everything is just yummy.
Only inconvenience: no place to park, you need to drive around to find parking other than that… you’re in the right place for a very yummy gorditas. Make the trip…you won’t regret it!

I really like their Gorditas but let tell you why I’m giving them 1 star. I made a phone order & they said it’ll be ready in 40 min which is fine you know the time we pick up we had like 20 mins left. So other costumers arrived & order but they would get their food first! They’d take trays to go, trays!! So my husband went to ask if ours was almost ready & the guy told him “oh let me check” they gave another costumer’s order then they call us so we ended up waiting for 30 min more after the 40 min they had told us & just so they can give us 2 small plates (we had order 6 gorditas) & there was not a lot of people like other times that we would come. So yeah the food is good & everything but that was our experience today. Sorry not sorry

I’m giving this place a 2 because I thought the service could be better. There is no denying that the gorditas are amazing but the service does impact the overall experience.
I called in around 9 to place my order and was told it would be an hour. Went to pick them up and was told that they will take about 5 minutes. 45 minutes later and I finally got my food. I saw countless customers upset over the time it was taking so I wasn’t the only one. It took them almost 2 hours to make the gorditas instead of the 1 hour they told me.
The area is pretty small so your forced to be close to other people waiting so that just add to stress with covid. You also have people coming in and out without masks. They have been in service for so long so they know how long it takes to make their food. They are purposely lying because who would honestly wait for 2 hours to get gorditas?
My advice. Get there early or don’t even bother going in at all.
