I ordered medium pizza along with stuffed cheesy bread. Upon receiving order after my kids took a bite from cheesy bread they feel dough when I looked into it they haven’t cooked it throughly so returned to store and showed staff that the order which I received is not cooked properly I don’t know what was wrong probably they received several complaints they looked at each other immediately. So I gave them time to fix the issue 25 minutes later I went to pickup again.I took it and went home surprisingly, after taking a bite it was same i totally understand mistake do happen. However , when it’s repeated it’s called blunder. Deliberately giving customers raw uncooked food is not at all acceptable neither the staff is friendly nor the food is made with care. I hope the staff doesn’t eat raw food by paying money so they need to understand. Customers come to eat food and fully cooked not raw. I personally made pizzas from scratch since last 10 years so I know how they have to be made. Staff need to seriously fix the issue before they get loaded with complaints and loosing the customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas while I was working. Asked for them to be well done. They were not well done, dough was undercooked under toppings. This has happened before but I never called in or made a fuss about it because maybe they were busy. Tried to call the store and someone picked up and then hung up. Tried calling back and the phone just keeps hanging up. Used the store phone and my personal just to make sure it wasn’t my phone acting up.

Horrible experience. The order was placed on the mobile app and it stated it would be ready for pickup in 21-31 minutes. I was at the store 30 minutes later and it took someone 11 minutes to come to the pickup window. I was told it was just going into the oven and they’ll bring it out to me if I wanted to park. 15 minutes later I walked into the store and was told it was in the oven. So I walked over to the racks and pointed out my 3 boxes that had been sitting there for a few minutes. I then had to wait on the sauces I purchased. After I got home I noticed one pizza was cut horribly, as if they closed their eyes while cutting and the other pizza wasn’t cut at all. So it took 30 minutes longer than estimated and they weren’t even cut. The sad part is there was 5 employees in there. Papa John’s just down the road or Marcos would be a better option.

Haven’t ordered in awhile, but times were rough after moving into the area. My girlfriend would paypal me some food money for doordash, always had about twentie something dollars left afterwards. So I’d choose a place to order from. At first it was very good, like five stars good, but about two months ago, everytime I ordered, without fail. There would be veggies I didn’t order hidden under my toppings. Felt almost intentional. The first few times I was upset but also cool headed. Thought maybe it’s just been a rough few weeks, things may have gotten messy and they were just struggling, but after it kept happening, I gave up. Even tried to get a refund, because I did not order peppers, onions and other things. I just order a pepperoni and kept getting things under them. I don’t wanna sit there and have to pick my toppings off to find all the veggies. I ordered a pizza and expect it to be the way I ordered. So I’ve completely stopped ordering from there. It’s like they are allergic to making money. Matthew is really nice tho, coolest delivery driver. However did have a guy named Michael attempt to haggle me for a tip. Got grumpy cause my broke wallet couldn’t afford an extra one or two dollars for him and his gas tank. However the ironic part is that it’s just down the road from me. Michael needs to stop haggling people for gas money who live right down the road from the dang store. And like, it’s YOUR JOB to deliver the pizza. Anyways, I order from little Cesar’s now. More expensive but at least I get what I’m paying for ♂️
