I just ordered pizza for my family tonight 12/17/25 Wednesday night. The food was so good that I immediately ordered another one!
The staff, the manager, and delivery driver were so nice!
The pizzas were hot and fresh when delivered! This would probably be the only place I order pizza from now on, unless I’m downtown Nas or something like that…. Other wise this is my/ our place! Thank you Roma Pizza for good food and great customer service! Keep up the good work! The world needs kindness and great tasting food is just a plus!

Driver did not knock on my door nor did they ring my doorbell. Called the store and they lied and said they knocked. I was literally sitting on the couch. Driver sat the pizza right on top of cat food that I place out for the neighborhood cats. Cats got all in the food. Manager Chris was super rude to me, and hung up in my face twice. I wasn’t rude, nor did I raise my voice or curse at him.

I placed an order on their website and received a confirmation text for this location. The driver texted me and said that he spoke very little English and that he could not find my address. I called the restaurant to explain the situation and try to locate my food. The guy on the phone was very rude, kept cutting me off and told me they didn’t have my order and said for me to check the location and hung up in my face. My boyfriend had to go outside and find the driver to get our food. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Would not honor their coupon. They tried to charge $2.00 more on the pasta special than the coupon because it was a delivery order (on top of the 4.99 delivery charge). Nowhere on the coupon does it specify it has to be carry out. There are no specifications at all on delivery method. If you are going to charge more because its delivery that needs to be specified.
