This place is the only fast food chain in town but the staff does not look motivated to me I ordered a chicken burger and Ask her to make it fresh make to order . But still she bring same cold . Then she changed after I asked also I ordered a cinnamon roll which was good and biscuit mapple..

This place is hit or miss. More often than not if you order online they are rude at the drive through. No
“would you like to add anything?”. No reading your order to make sure it’s correct. Just “pull up” is all they say. You have to interrupt them every time to add something else. Today I ordered on door dash the lady was rude but I “pulled up” had to order my drink at the window and then just told to pull up they will bring it out. No please pull up , would you mind to pull up and we will bring it out.
Anyways I get my order smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Get down the road take a bite it it tastes weird pull over and look and it not even American cheese on it. Its white and tastes weird. I go back to let them know and return it. The lady just says they are out of American cheese and offers no fix. So I ask what can we do about it? She says I have to get a refund through door dash. She said she didn’t tell me they were out of the ingredient when I was in the drive through because I had already ordered it according to her. I contact door dash for the refund like she said. Door dash contacts the store and they tell them I picked up the order and its good. Leaving out the part they substituted my order and didn’t tell me. Finally I sent pics to door dash and they refunded my order.
Some better customer service skills at the drive through would go a long way.

Absolutely awful
They’re constantly out of items and can’t seem to get all of the order in the bag. Tried calling several times to get it resolved but no answer. Had to drive back to the store to get the rest of the food. All this while having my autistic son melting down because his tenders were missing. Hardee’s screwed up yet another order. I would understand if it happened once in a while but it’s constant failures at the Jenkins store.

I would give the name of the Manager that served me, but unfortunately she had her name badge flipped backwards so I wasn’t able to see her name but she was red headed and worked December 7 at around 2:20. I ordered a #11 Nashville Hot chicken sandwich combo , and that is not what I got I got the regular chicken sandwich, after two times of me stating that I got the wrong sandwich and which I did, never once was I asked to have my order remade or changed all I got what that is the right sandwich it has the Nashville hot seasoning on it, many times have I ate there and got the #11 and the chicken was sauced. So a 0/10 experience today and will not be going back! Seeing as it is expensive to eat especially when you order something and what you are given is not what you eat so unfortunately I had to eat it, but just making it aware!

This place needs a little love as things seem a bit run down, but the food is just as good as I remember. Don’t get to eat here very often since there isn’t one close to me in Texas. Highly recommend the country steak biscuit and the sausage gravy pork chop biscuit!

They should give Senior Discounts. Hardee’s doesn’t. I have asked. Also asked about Fraternal Order of Police Discounts. They don’t.

The cashier was rude to both my girls one asked for salt and she said in a hateful tone we don’t have none then the other asked for her sauces for her chicken and said thank u when she handed them to her an the cashier didnt even acknowledge my daughter
We got our food and mine and my youngest burgers in our $5 bags was cold n so was the fries, the pickles tasted rotten I think that if you don’t like ur job find another one and don’t be rude to people trying to be nice to u
