What a great, little neighborhood gem!
Parking at both sides and across the street makes it easier to find a spot.
Then … find Manny at the bar and he can craft the best cocktail for you! Even the off menu classics, just ask. I enjoyed a Paper plane and an Old Fashioned.
Plus.. the $7 burger & fries before 7pm- fantastic. A tasty, well seasoned burger with hot, crisp fries… get there before 7p and order this deal.
This is a small bar with an outside patio. A very welcoming vibe and mix of people. Not your big, mega bar… more of a cozy spot to get a really good cocktail for $15 or only $8 during happy hour. It does get loud as it fills with people and music, so sit on the patio for lower volume.

Loved the Halloween decor! Came on a Saturday night and the music can be quite loud inside and it can be a bit hard to talk to your friends or even order. But outdoor seating is quieter and perfect for sitting and talking!
Cocktails are unique and so delicious! Decently priced at $12-16 from what I can remember.
The cheese curds were delicious and their ranch is FIRE. I will note that we would ask for extra utensils/napkins a couple times and never got them, but it’s no biggie.
It can get quite busy here but if you’re able to snatch a booth or sit outside, you’re in for a good time with friends!

Love the vibe of this place. We tried 4 specialty cocktails in total, (matcha, garden of eden, no smoke, yardy know) but we only ended up liking the no smoke one. Everything else kinda tasted watered down.
However, I think it’s still a great spot to hang out with friends as they have plenty of parking!

Close to so many great areas and free parking… can’t go wrong!
Cocktails are perfectly crafted and made with pride for each drink. Can really they love what they do. Cozy and moody vibes inside would be great for a date, happy hour, or nightcap.

One of the best cocktail bars in Houston. Cocktails were absolutely amazing and each tasted better than the last. They also have a great happy hour available. The food was also delicious and they have a burger with fries deal for $7 before 7pm. There’s some parking available in the lot but more parking available next door as well. There’s lots of sitting space inside and outside.

The staff is exceptional. From the moment I sat down at the bar, I felt welcomed and was immediately served. Manny was outstanding—he has such great energy and helped me pick the perfect drink based on my preferences. He’s not only friendly but also an excellent mixologist.
The food and drinks are out of this world! I highly recommend their carajillo and the smash burger (which comes with fries and is only $7 during happy hour!). Both were fresh, flavorful, and well worth it.
This place is definitely worth checking out—you won’t be disappointed!

Great Cocktails! Great selection of tequilas, bourbon and mezcal!
And also the best smash burger I’ve had in town. Pricing is on point too. We live in Spring and it’s definitely worth the drive.

Customer service: everyone working is always super nice and ready to make you a delicious drink! Quick to hand you a menu when you walk in. Just overall awesome
Food/drinks: went there not expecting much of the food….. Then POW Bowen blown away by the food! Like the fries are what McDonald’s fries want to be when they grow up. The Smash Burger was insane. Like how you make something so simple so dang delicious! And when it comes to drinks they are always on point! Been there a handful of times now and they have yet to miss. Like at this point I walk in and I’m like surprise me cause I trust the skills behind the bar.
Atmosphere: this place is literally everything I want in a place to grab drinks. During the day they play great music new and older. It’s not like library quiet in there which is perfect. It’s always a vibe. Then nighttime comes and that’s when this place really shines! Music picks up a bit but I would never call it a club you can always hear your friends talking. This place is a gem!
The owner/owners know what they are doing there!

Jethro’s has the absolute best vibes! The staff all make great cocktails and the music is always on point. The food is so good here, too. The burgers, fries, and chicken sandwich are unmatched, which was a happy surprise. I have no complaints about this place and it really sets my mental standards for other cocktail lounges.
