I ordered the Cicharron burrito and a large bowl of menudo. Absolutely worth it! I feel like the lady, that may very well be Abuelita, has a wise way of reading people and she was great! The Chicharron burrito was loaded with chicharron and a thin layer of refried beans it was delicious! The menudo was incredible and I’m am so happy I’ll be making this my Saturday first stop!

Solid solid breakfast burritos. Had the three meat with chorizo, bacon and asada. Really enjoyed it with the green salsa. Very good!
My buddy had a three meat with ham bacon asada. Temperature hot and very good. He had the red salsa and it was really spicy and good.
Great customer service, clean facility, clean bathrooms… this is a place I’ll come back to.

They have so many varieties of salas and their chili oil is actually very hot. We love all of their food but my favorite one is their flautas cup. It holds so much flavor! We had to come back.

I had a breakfast burrito and my wife chose the beef burrito, smothered of course. Charming staff, spotless space with rumors of expansion. This is our go to breakfast from now on!!

You don’t know Mexican food until you come to Abuelita’s. The food is all so good, cooked to perfection, and seasoned with love. The quesadilla was great. The rice and beans were perfect. This is a little gem for Northern Colorado authentic Mexican food.
