Employees are really melancholy and impersonal. Bread was hard and stale tasting, I didnt get a toasted sub to make the bread hard. The fountain drinks mix ratio is off and nothing came out tasting well enough to drink.

Walked in and the two people who worked there didn’t say a thing. I stood there for about 5 minutes and they just continued working on online orders. Didn’t say anything like “I’ll be with you in a second”. Nothing. I just walked back out. Young boy who needs a haircut and a big girl with black glasses.

Kind of disappointed because I do love it here but twice I have paid for double meat/protein on a sandwhich and twice they didnt do it. Food tastes great, staff members are nice, restaurant is clean but orders have been wrong.

I had to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars. I ordered online and waited outside, calling exactly ten times before having to wait in line to get my order, of which neglected my drink. I asked the lady if I was calling the right number and she hardly looked at the number. I am not bothered by her not able to confirm: I was irritated that she didn’t seem to care. I wanted to know because I wanted to order again online, since there’s no social distancing and all the staff wear their masks with their noses showing. I appreciated the option of a curbside pickup, but now I will no longer give this Subway my business until the pandemic abates.

I went to this subway yesterday for lunch and the entire interaction was terrible. The staff members I encountered were too high to even function. But that’s not the main issue here. The young man who was helping an older gentleman before me was incredibly rude to the hard of hearing customer. He then checked him out at the register, tucked his hair behind his ear, scratched his NOSE, then came and grabbed my bread and ask me what I want on my sandwich. He did this without even thinking about changing his gloves after everything he just did and touched. This is disgusting. Very terrible experience and I’ll never be back. I can only imagine the cleanliness of the parts of the store we cannot see.. :/

I literally just left after paying for a meal that I did not get. There were 2 employees that are obviously not good at multi-tasking. I was literally the only customer and they decided to make the online order before mine. So mine is sitting in a line behind 3 sandwiches and 2 employees working on those. Sandwich would have been cold at the slow rate they were going. I will definitely not be back.

I just don’t get it at this Subway. They can never get an online order correct, and even when the app says it’s ready it hasn’t even started yet. Hands down worst location in McLennan County. This isn’t a review from a one time disappointment. More like a fool who keeps think over the years it will change.

I came to pickup a online order on June 19. Many customers found out that the whole staff had walk off the job except one employee named Kearran. I would give this a 0 review. Only because this girl was devoted to her job until another employee made it from another store. Customer wanted to help her but didn’t want to get her in trouble
