Snow ball was great! The girl working there needs to work on her phone customer service skills. When I ordered she didn’t say hello may I help you. I was made to feel I was a bother. I wasn’t busy. This was around 1:pm The Hwy 22 location across from Madisonville Town hall.

The only thing that needs improvement is that there was no one ahead of me at the window. Yet, I had to wait about 2 minutes for the young lady realize I was at the window waiting to place my order. Im guessing, (I dont know) but, im guessing she was nose deep in her phone. Just a guess.

My snowball tasted like dirt and when I asked for my money back the lady said “It’s not my fault. I don’t make the ice.” and rolled her eyes. I told her I wasn’t mad at her I just couldn’t eat it and she rolled her eyes again and huffed and said “I’m giving you your money back!” and then shoved it at me. I can’t believe how rude she was. If she doesn’t wanna work there, don’t come to work! I’ll never come back.
