Terrible customer service. I approached the register to give my order. The gentleman looked at me, pointed to the kiosk, and walked away. I informed him that I had a question about paying for a large order of donuts for our youth athletic team. He looked at me and walked away, turning around talking to coworkers. English was not the issue. I would sooner burn my money than give it to them. Buyer beware.

The “Lobby” opening time clearly states that they are open at 5:00. I was not allowed to go in and purchase treats for my classroom at 5:35. “Drive-Thru only. Disappointing.

Went in yesterday and the person at the counter acted like she did not want to be there. Instead of greeting me as I walked in she continued to move things around and keep quiet. She finally came to the register and stood there until I said something. It should be noted I was standing there a good minute before she deigned to acknowledge me and take my order.
After taking my order she seemed to be put out that she had to fill it as well. Mind you, I was the only one in the shop. She was about to fill my order without asking me what I wanted. When I told her to let me fill it, she showed even more attitude. She grabbed my donuts 3 at a time and proceeded to forcefully put them in the boxes. When it came time to fill my donut hole order, I told her to give me an even mix of all three. She started to stuff the box with just glazed. When I mentioned I would like all of them, she said, “Well we only have 2 kinds.”. I stated, “I see 3 and you were going to give me most of just one.”. Which got her even angrier. She filled my order, but was snippy the whole time.
Customer service is very lacking at this place.

This Dunkin does a really cool thing where you order three donuts and they give you two, not three. So I’m giving them two stars instead of three. I didn’t realize counting to three was so difficult.
This is without even getting into the employees attitude. Literally just put the bag on the counter and walked away, didn’t even say the order name or number or anything like that.
I know it’s just a Dunkin’ and you should not expect great service or anything, but I think the ability to count and acknowledge somebody’s existence should be a prerequisite for the job.

I frequently go to this Dunkin Donuts, and always happy with everything. This Saturday I ordered my drinks but was embarrassed at the window because I had forgotten my wallet. The manager was soo nice he gave me my drink and just asked that I come back later today. I did so, and was so pleased with their kindness.

So I use to occasionally go to this Dunkin Dounts, but not anymore. I went inside to order food & the little mexican lady with the gold teeth dropped some one’s food, picked it up, & continue to make orders. I asked her to change her gloves & she looked at me like I said something wrong. Hygiene is VERY! questionable here.
