Jackpot Street Food is a family-owned ghost kitchen brick-and-mortar business run by Rick and Kristen, of Mentor. The concept is an extension of their ever popular food truck Jackpot Chicken. Jackpot Street Food’s concept was inspired by the globally growing sensation of restauranteurs to bring more of their creative food concepts to the masses but under one central location. Rick and Kristen have been owning and operating restaurants in Lake County since 2015 and ventured into the mobile food business in 2016. Recently they decided to expand their brand and customer base by venturing into the fast-growing “ghost kitchen” industry. Some of Jackpot Street Food’s signature concepts will be Jackpot Chicken, Munchies Mac, and Loaded.

Truly the best of the best! Food is absolutely amazing, and you get so much for your money! We tried the wings, hot honey sandwich, chicken tenders, and loaded fries (had to try a bunch!).
Everything was made as requested, and still hot when it was delivered! Great quality – you can tell the staff and owners take pride in their food quality and taste. We’ll be ordering again soon!!

Food was fantastic! Came here as a birthday dinner pick and loved everything. Lots of toppings on the mac n cheeses and the fries, sandwhiches very flavorful and filling, and the burrito was big and very spicy (in a good way)! Will for sure come back.

My son and I are in town for hockey, we love to look for small non corporate places to eat. The wings are great, try the apple cinnamon sauce! The wrap I had was awesome! Super cool retro vibe and atmosphere. Staff is amazing! You definitely get your $ worth. Give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed!

First time in today. Came with my husband. We both ordered a wrap (CBR and the buffalo), bougie fries, stoner Mac, and Buffalo wings. So good! My only complaint (not really) is more pico on the BCR and a warm tortilla (to be fair I didn’t ask for a warmed tortilla or extra pico so that’s on me). We will definitely be back. The wings alone were worth it. I normally don’t order wings from places I visit anymore because they never have very much meat on them and there are barely covered in sauce. Not here! Wings had a lot of meat and dripping with sauce! Love it! The gentleman working this afternoon was also super helpful!

Solid place, especially for the price. My wife and I had takeout for the first time the other day. She got the Yo’ Momma’s Fav’ Buff Queso Quesadilla, I got the Effen’ Flaming Burrito. I was going back and forth on fries as well, but forgot to add them. Before I took a look at the size of the items, I was a bit worried I’d be hungry after eating but let me tell you, these things were packed to the gills with chicken. Both items were delicious, mine was legit hot, and hers was too big to even finish. I’m looking forward to coming back in the future to try some of the other items and will remember to add a side of fries to give those a try.
The inside was incredibly clean and pretty cute. Seemed like a great place to sit down and have a bite to eat if you’re out and about.

Went last night the staff is so friendly the building had cool cds on display on the front counter and a lot of cool music related stuff. Also had bright and vibrant colors, very inviting. The loaded fries are buy one get one on Saturday me and my wife got an order each. We had more than half left for the morning the order was so big and the fry’s were so good and so much flavor packed in every bite. 10 out of 10 recommend. Trying the wings next time

I got 4 orders of 10 Traditional Wings (Traditional) with the following sauces: Cajun, Honey Sriracha, Spicy Parmesan, and Pineapple Habanero. The portion of wings was good, with nice large drumsticks. The freshness was also good. I would order again but I would try 4 different sauces. The Cajun and the Spicy Parmesan were delicious but unfortunately the Honey Sriracha and Pineapple Habanero were disappointing. It was hard to tell them apart and neither one was spicy, nor was the Spicy Parmesan. I’d give them a 4/5 overall.
