There’s a common theme with Weatherford food that I and probably some others have noticed. That being, weatherford food seems to have a running trend of being bland. This place is no different, and I’d actually say takes the cake for being the most bland in weatherford.
I ordered a Western Omelet with a pancake, coffee and their frosted mug root beer. The western omelet was okay, but that’s kinda it. The ham was stuck together and wasn’t correctly fried so it had this weird greasy flavor from absorbing the oil. It wasn’t even properly spread out evenly, so the vegetables were all clumped together in the middle and the ham was heavy at the end of the omelet. There wasn’t enough cheese so everything kinda fell out when I cut into it and the vegetables had liquid residue that made it unappetizing.
The hashbrowns were okay, but I have a feeling that it was pre-packaged and like all pre-packaged menu items, it was good.
The coffee was actually pretty good and wasnt burnt whatsoever.
When I got to the pancake, it had already cooled down so I wasn’t too worried on the temperature. However, they had forgotten to give me butter (unless they don’t and you have to ask), and when I did receive my butter, it was sad and cold. The syrup was also room temp so I had a sad room temp pancake with cold butter and a side of misery.
The frosted mug root beer was good, but it’s literally js a cold mug with root beer, kinda hard to mess that up.
The service was actually pretty good and very attentative.
Now idk if the lady workin the counter was a manager or not but she was yelling at the waiters and waitresses the whole time, expecting her voice to be carried across the whole diner while everyone is talking. But she herself js kinda stood there. Now idk about you guys, but I’d prefer to enjoy my food without feeling like I’m witnessing employee abuse.
Overall, it was okay but idk if the sad bland miserable food was worth the amount I paid.

I stopped in for a late breakfast. The staff in it’s entirety all welcomed me when I walked in. My server was Hayley and she was smiling and an absolute sweetheart. She did a great job. Though anytime someone stop by my table they also checked on me. That’s what I really appreciated about this place. The food was great. The chicken fried steak was amazing. My favorite thing is that they had like a seasoning salt on the side and some pretty good hot sauce as well. Their food was awesome and the prices are competitive with the other diners in town. I let them know I really liked the service the hot sauce and the seasoning salt. A man behind the counter dressed in plain clothes let me know we could go online and order that stuff for the house. They also had fried pies at the register and I had to grab one to go. Great experience I’ll be back.

We enjoyed every bit of our meal so much! The service is outstanding, the portions are generous , the food is great and the pricing is very reasonable. Stephen is doing a fantastic job training and taking time to get to know their new customers. I am so happy that Weatherford has this new establishment downtown. The fried coconut pie with vanilla bean ice cream was the perfect dessert!! The atmosphere is great too!!! And it didn’t take long to be seated and get our food even though they were very busy. They have a rewards app too!!

First time going to Boomerang Weatherford love this place. Menu with so many options I got Chicken Fried Steak Dinner, and Chicken Fried steak sandwich. Sandwich was delicious, saving dinner for well dinner. Recommend place highly good food nice to have someplace to go. Must apologize though thought I’d included tip, I didn’t. Make it up next time

I was in tonight friday night and wanted to make a to go order. I was told over and over that she would get to me in a little bit and would let others in front of me to pay. I had a mask on because of being immune compromised, because I’ve cancernAnd I get treated like this. She didn’t want to take my order.And I walked out and went to arby’s instead. It wasn’t one I wanna d eat but it’s food in at least I got better service one hundred percent better. You need to step up on your customer service.I’m going to be talking and telling everybody about your service and how you treat people with immune compromise and cancer. I won’t be back and I won’t be talking good about boomerang ever again.This is shameful in despite how I was treated. I hope she and you are very happy with how I was treated.
