I really wanted sushi so I traveled 40 minutes to this place to try it..I specifically said no salmon and when I drove home and opened it up 90% of the sushi was covered in salmon. Huge disappointment and a waste cause I couldn’t eat it…fastest 50 bucks i ever spent and didnt get to enjoy…also the guy who made it seemed rude to the register girl who was really nice.

Finding food this amazing with the large portion sizes can be almost impossible! You won’t find quality sushi like this anywhere else …. Staff is friendly + very fast with orders or take out. Never had a bad experience! 11/10

Less than average. Fried pot stickers were ok. Crab rangoons were overcooked and very breaded. Graffiti roll was very good. Would order this again. Pad Thai was not the best but edible. This is not a closed in, private or personal experience to eat if that is what you are looking for. On a positive note, the service was top notch!

The food is PHENOMENAL…like, drive to Tioga Downs just for this restaurant, who even cares about gambling kind of good. It is really some of the best sushi/food in the area. Highly recommend the TNT roll if you like sushi. Their general tso is crunchy and fresh (I get extra spicy!) as are their crab rangoons (just which you got a few more).
This is honestly one of the best restaurants in the area. The best thing Tioga Downs could do would be give it a bigger/better space to help it become even more successful. This is BY FAR, the best restaurant they have on site. If Fin and Pho was in Binghamton, you’d never be able to get a table it would be so busy.
The service staff is so attentive and friendly, and even being fairly busy last night everything came out quickly. Truly the only complaint I have is that Tioga Downs gave them this tiny, absolutely low effort place to run the restaurant near the stage with zero ambiance. It deserves better!

I didn’t see any reviews on this gem of a restaurant so I decided to add it as a new location and review it. I think they have only been open since May 2022. It is right by the horse track and betting area and is a perfect spot to start off your night at the casino. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. Not too many people are aware of Vietnamese cuisine and they are happy to answer questions. OK, that out of the way, I ordered the Pho Ga (it’s a chicken noodle soup, basically) and my wife ordered the shrimp fried rice. They were both excellent. Minor point, and very common in Vietnamese restaurants, my Pho ga was served with a beef broth which I did not care for too much – It was very good however, but I would have prefered a chicken bone broth with it. My wife’s fried rice was WOW, according to her. Two thumbs up and we will go back here again.
