We ordered through Uber eats and this was disgusting. The beef with broccoli was rubbery meat and a limp tasteless watery sauce. The egg foo young was literally unrecognizable as that dish. I don’t even know what that was supposed to be it had no sauce or gravy it was strips of I guess the pork and everything was a sort of grayish brown color. Tasted like mush and sadness.lo mein was sort of passable but again noodle overcooked and meat rubbery. The only edible item was the crab Rangoon which was at best, mediocre. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN. The also refused to do anything about our horror. Which makes it even worse

It’s decorated so zen and simple and very clean…The waitstaff is so friendly,efficient and lovely.
The food couldn’t be fresher or tastier. They don’t skimp with the meat and vegetables…we enjoy the menu very much and always leave satisfied and there are always leftovers, they are very generous with the portions!! Finally, it’s quiet and easy to have conversations ❣️

Disappointed in the food this time. No peanuts in Kung pao chicken and very bland! Lo mein noodles over cooked. Twice cooked pork no spice! Had a long wait on phone to order as well. Just overall so so. Will be checking out other options for our New Year’s Eve traditional Chinese takeout.

I’ve visited this establishment for decades and have always found this restaurant to be clean, professionally staffed and delivering a top notched product.
I especially enjoyed the lunch menu. I recently had general Tso’s chicken for lunch, for $10.60 after tax. l received a filling plate of tasty chicken, fried rice, a noodle, egg flower soup and an egg roll. I found the entire meal was freshly made to order and extreamely flavorful.
I truly feel valued as a customer here. I truly appreciated receiving a full plate of food promptly served by an entire staff beaming with pride in a job well done.

I’ve been here and gotten take out tons of times over the past 20 years. It’s not the best Chinese food in Tucson, but it’s the closest to my house and it does the job. The chicken is consistently overcooked which is why it doesn’t get 5 stars.

Decided to have lunch at Golden Dragon. They gave me their lunch specials menu (photo included here), which was what I (and my budget) had in mind. Alas, I was somewhat disappointed. Oh, the service was impeccable, kind, the restaurant spotlessly clean, and there were many customers being served — all good — but, eh, the food was quite simply… BLAND. The soup was bland, the “spicy” Mongolian Beef was bland, the beef tasted as if boiled in water and was rather sinewy, chewy. Everything was certainly fresh and well presented, just… bland. I hope I just came in on an off day, because I really like this place. (The Sizzling Rice Soup was fabulous last time I came in.)

Stopped in for lunch, my first time dining at this restaurant. I was in the mood for some kind of veggie & chicken soup and settled on the Sizzling Rice. I asked if the rice is golden crisp and was told yes. The server brought the soup with the rice separate (as it should be) and asked if it was golden enough for me, offering to grill it further if I wanted. I told her it was fine and was delighted with the sizzle as she added the rice it to the soup. Lots of fresh napa cabbage, white chicken, beef & several large shrimp. Fresh and flavorful, not salty, just right. They take pride in their restaurant which is very clean.

The Golden Dragon is the absolute best Chinese Restaurant in town. They have an amazing menu with a huge selection. Their Lunch menu is always a good deal.
A coworker and I ordered lunch today from the Golden Dragon’s lunch menu. He ordered the Sesame Chicken which came with fried rice, fried wontons and soup. I ordered the House Special Lo-Mein which came fried rice, fried wontons and I upgraded the soup to Wonton Soup. We also ordered two orders of Chicken Egg Rolls.
