I’m so disappointed I was so looking forward to this sandwich I didn’t eat all day and to open it to only see 2 slices of meat on a deli sandwich ????? That is absurd. Especially if it’s boars head. I’m assuming they did this cause it was take out.

Although the food is generally good “especially” when Peter is there, I was disappointed with my order today. Despite giving specific instructions to toast my subs, I simply wanted hot food but my request was not noted. I told them twice to make sure!
For two drinks and two Real Italian subs, I paid $26 bucks!
My only request was to have my subs toasted.
Next time I will not settle AND….WILL RECEIVE A REFUND…
And yes I tossed the Sandwhiches in the garbage
After I went in to let them know I was disappointed!

This place has incredible sandwiches especially the Italian and turkey. I ate the turkey there and literally ordered another one for later at home!! I will drive the 45 mins back very soon for more. Additionally, I left a bag with very valuable items in his store and he held onto it for over a week and ensure everything stayed safe. You have a customer in me for life sir!

I want to start by saying that it is very disappointing that I have to write this negative review. I work near by and been to this place just twice because our company just opened a new station near by. Twice I have ordered a sub sandwich and twice I’ve experienced the same problem. The guy at the cashier seems like a nice guy but with very poor sanitation skills. The first time I stopped by I noticed the guy handling money and the cashier with blue rubber gloves on. After he was done with his customer I ordered a sandwich. He proceeded to grab a roll of bread to start making the sandwich with the same gloves. I had to ask him to please use a different pair of gloves, and to grab me a different roll of bread, because I just witnessed him touching money and the cash register with those gloves he had on. The second time I stop by to order another sandwich. I witnessed him taking a pair of gloves out of the glove box that seemed empty. the gloves He pulled out looked as if they were used already. When he was done with my sandwich, and as I was walking out the store, I looked through the glass window and noticed he put those gloves back into the glove box as if he’s planning to reuse them again. So being that I have witnessed this guy prepare my sandwich twice with dirty used gloves and never washing his hands I will never go to this store again. Sad because this is a great, convenient location.

I ordered deli sandwiches for a party and the owner totally took care of me! He toasted them and individually wrapped them and delivered them fresh and hot to my location! They were so delicious that even my guests kept raving about perfect the sandwiches were! Would definitely use this deli again for sandwiches for future parties! Thanks again for all your help!
