The food was good and the customer service was very good. My problem is with the directions. It would be extremely helpful if it was mentioned that this was located INSIDE A MALL at the FOODCOURT. Being new to the area and very directionally challenged, it took me forever to figure out. On top of this, I’m also handicapped and wound up walking so much to finally get to the food. By the time I picked it up I was extremely fatigued, short of breath, and in a lot of pain. I’m glad the food warms up easily because I couldn’t eat it for quite awhile. If it were not for the exceptionally kind service and empathetic response to my situation, I would have given this location a much less positive review but truly the food was very good and once I relaxed and calmed down I enjoyed it very much. Please, make customers aware that you’re located in the food court and I suggest better signage so that the disabled will not have to walk so far.

We ordered garlic Parmesan “boneless wings”, and got tiny, cold, plain chicken nuggets. We tried calling to get resolution, but no one answered after several attempts. We left a voicemail, and never got a call back.

On my 1st visit, I got the #1 combo, including sandwich, FF, Mac & cheese, and small drink. My 2nd visit 2 weeks later ordered the same #1 combo. However, the FF was not included but received a large drink that i didn’t ask for. When I asked about the difference, the cashier said you ordered the Mac & cheese. The combo doesn’t come with both. I’m not sure why the orders were different when I ordered the same on both visits. I mean, why did my 1st order come with fries, small drink, and the 2nd didn’t include fries but a large drink? Hmm

It’s Popeye’s so you know the food is good. This location is in the mall food court and unfortunately they think they are at the airport. The prices here are crazy high compared to the regular standalone stores. They also refuse to provide free drink refills.
