Ordered a cheese steak. They did NOT toast it, it’s supposed to be hot. Tastes like they microwaved it for 30 seconds. Only live 5 mins away. Definitely cold.

Went through the drive thru; the employee taking the order kept interrupting me. I ordered but the sandwich wasn’t how I asked it to be fixed (it was heated instead of toasted and without veggies) absolutely terrible! You’d think it’d be ran better since it’s in a quaint area.

Ordered sandwiches online. Both sandwiches made wrong (missing ingredients that were paid for, toasted when it wasn’t supposed to be, added ingredients, etc). They would not answer their phone when I called them to report the issue. I’ve emailed customer service and their store owner, and neither have responded to my requests to remediate the situation. $40 for two sandwiches that went in the garbage. This was already a fairly crappy product when it was reasonably priced. At these prices, there is absolutely no reason to go to Subway. Save your money.

you can ask them to put the meat on one side of the veggies on the other and they will not when they fold up a sandwich. The meat is in a roll near the fold the sandwich and the veggies are on the other side so you can’t get complete by the sandwich that has everything included. I have tried to talk with them many times about this but the media once side, the veggies on the other so that when you fold it up, I get a sandwich when I take a bite I get meat and veggies. I hate that they don’t listen.

Service is poor, staff is rude and distracted. They’ll absolutely soak your sandwich in sauce, leaving it a soggy mess, regardless if you tell them to use less. Honestly, they just make things however they feel.

Only reason it even gets one star, is cause the other girl that helped me was extremely nice & fixed the problem right away. However the first time we came through Amber left us sitting in the drive threw for FOREVER & was extremely unprofessional. Not only did she leave all we asked for off our Sandwhich but one item, she literally put more mayo & chipotle sauce then meat. Very disappointed.

As long as ur able to go inside where u can visually see ur food being made you’ll get decent food. Went through the drive through tonight and got 3 sandwiches after waiting 22 minutes at the speaker to even place our order. 2 of the foot longs top pieces of bread and part of the bottom was hard as a rock,( i could literally knock on it) I asked for extra of a topping and got none, & some kind of mystery sauce was added. Im not the kind to leave a bad review from one visit ,this happens majority of the time. Evening staff always seem as if u ruin their day by coming through the drive through any time after 8. Very half ass food and service.. will not be spending anymore money here in the evenings. Don’t waste 44$ like we did. Go somewhere else to enjoy dinner.

Tried to order online. Site was down. Called to order for pickup. Someone answered after the 2nd call as hello. I had to ask if this was subway. She started taking my order over the phone. Hung up and won’t answer the phone back. You just lost my $70 order.

Did a pickup order an hour ahead of time. When I got to the store it was sitting on the counter but they wouldn’t let anybody in the front door and said we had to go through the drive-thru. So I had to wait another 30 minutes going through the drive-thru.
