I ordered last night via DoorDash. I requested a Buffalo Chicken Philly with Buttermilk Ranch added. What I got was traditional Philly Steak with 8 ketchup packets. The bread was wet and limp, nothing I would even want to go into my mouth, sandwich style. I don’t mean to sound funny, but I want crispy, flaky buns. Again, I don’t mean to soun funny. But dang, shame on me for ordering from a place whose name sounds like an advance apology.

The bread needs toasted longer and to be either homemade or higher quality. The cheese needs to be a better quality and not just store bought slices. They could also use more variety such as banana peppers and the option to have just onions or just peppers.
