Visited Moe’s Southwest Grill for the first time, and I was a little disappointed. The food was fine, but it wasn’t anything special compared to other Mexican fast-casual spots. The portions were generous, but I didn’t think the flavors stood out as much as I expected. Maybe I’ll try again.

Highly impressed by the quality of food at Moe’s! The portions were big, and there was quite a variety of toppings to choose from at no extra cost. The food was fresh, flavorful, tasty, and in direct competition with Chipotle! Service was slow due to one employee working however she was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was clean however, some tables could’ve used a good wipe down. I was greeted with the classic “Welcome to Moe’s” which made my day lol.

Placed a order in advanced it took me 29 minutes and I still got there and waited 25 minutes to get my food,and of course the guy behind the counter gets an attitude with everyone waiting for there food. I’m confused in how it takes so long but the food is right there.Tbey literally had 3 people just sitting around getting attitudes while one person made orders! Very sad!

Recent former manager at this location and it was a disaster in regards to food quality and safety. Old food is consistently being sold with management being told to simply change the dates on aging and expired products. The cooler was in the danger zone for two days and the food wasn’t thrown away … it was being sold to the public

Aside from the great food and yummy queso I had to come write this review especially for Gina ☺️ After a tough day at work I decided we were gonna order probably my favorite food at the moment through Uber eats and after I placed my order I called the store to ask for extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side because I’ve been craving it all week and not only did she make sure I got my extra sauce she made my day soooo much better!!! SHE’S AMAZING AND NEEDS A PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY LOL I would LOVE to have someone like her on my staff!! Thank you again so much and please know that small thing you did for me today made a huge difference in my day ☺️ KEEP BEING GREAT

Ordered through GrubHub and spent over $30 for two burritos with no cheese, guac, rice because they removed all the options from the GrubHub menu. The description states these burritos come with those toppings, so we assumed it wouldn’t be a problem. Complete mistake. Called the store and the woman who answered was incredibly unsympathetic and told us we should have added all the extras under “notes” or called and amended the order. When I explained that this didn’t make sense, she just repeated the instructions and said other customers had the same problem. No offer of a replacement. How would we possibly know this before seeing the food? Food took almost an hour to be made and delivered. Will not be ordering here again.

My wife accidentally chose tofu in her pick up order. I went back to get her ground beef and they even doubled it. Friendly and sociable people, would recommend. PS My burrito when I finally got home was delicious and really hit the spot.

Edit (added 8/19/22): I reached out to corporate inquiring about a refund for the queso, and they were very generous and gave me refund for both items (the quesadilla and queso). Also, they said sometimes their chips turn that darker color in processing? Still seems weird to me it was only the one chip out of the whole bag I had, but just wanted to add they say it’s not mold.
I usually love Moe’s, but this is the worst location I’ve been to or ordered from. Did an online order with delivery because I was sick. Fairly basic: chicken club quesadilla and a cup of queso. First, the queso was missing from the order. Second, the quesadilla was missing the lettuce (and possibly the ranch, or at least very skimpy on it). Third, I found what looks like a moldy chip at the bottom of my chips I placed a non-moldy chip next to it in the picture to show the color difference.
